I've had them come to my residence a couple of times before in the past and they were very good. Within the last couple of months however, it appears their business has prioritized into the "bigger businesses" than with their local and more residential customers. I called three times (one week apart) to have some electrical work done at my home and all three times I was told that, "I'll have 'so-and-so' get in touch with you and see when we can get to you".

After over a month of waiting; I grew tired and just called for another electrical business and they were quick to schedule a date, time frame of arrival, and a time frame of how long the job will take. This electrical work that I wanted done, only took 45 mins for the other business to do. Bergstrom Electric seems more invested in the bigger businesses that'll pay top dollar than to further assist with a residence or locally.
