Golden Meadows has been our lawn care company for 3 years. They are very professional and they do a great job. Our lawn looks wonderful and they are meticulous with the edge trimming and cleaning up the clippings. They are very observant and make recommendations for the care of our trees. There was no follow-up after the initial meeting, and the design was delivered later than expected. When I pointed this out, I was told it was on time, despite having discussed a different timeline. Key details from our meeting were missing or ignored from the design when delivered, requiring additional revisions had we decided to proceed. Poor communication and lack of attention to detail made this a frustrating experience. The company did at least begrudgingly agree to a partial invoice payment, which I appreciated as some acknowledgment of the situation.
