Doesn’t have the infrastructure in place to run demolition projects. Doesn’t have the wherewithal to understand the concept of bidding medium to large scale projects. Doesn’t have the business knowledge of the construction industry. Purely a nickel and dime operation.

I recently used AA Maintenance Services for Clean out, Demo and I’m very satisfied with their professionalism and quality of work. The team was punctual, well-prepared, and handled the tasks with great attention to detail. They explained the issues clearly and provided cost-effective solutions without trying to upsell unnecessary work.

Unreliable!!! Called for a repair for wind damage. Came with nothing but a ladder. Told me that he would be back in a couple of hours to tarp over damage and never showed up. Now there is 3" of snow on my roof and no one will even attempt to make any repairs until snow melts off and possibly causes more damage!!!

I wish I could give them zero stars. I filled out the contact form on their website on November 9th... I called them on the 12th to make sure they had my info and the gal said I'd hear from them later that day. I didn't hear from them on the 12th... didn't hear from them on the 13th... I called them again on the 14th and the same gal said she couldn't believe that their guy hadn't called me and said she was going to call him and I would definitely hear from him yet that day. It's now December 14th and I have yet to hear from them! Two weeks ago I contacted another roofing company and the job was done yesterday! I called Pitch Perfect because of all the great reviews but couldn't get them to give me the time of day!

After meeting Dustin and excitedly giving him a tour of our home I felt I was in good hands. That was months ago. Two days prior to our roof installation he had some random person call and lie to us that they could not get the shingles on the roof. Have you ever heard of a roofing company that could not get shingles on a roof?! We offered to do it for them by using an access hole in our attic and suddenly other excuses arose. Banner Supply is where they buy their shingles and said they can easily put them on the roof. This is not the type of business that you want to support. After numerous texts and calls Dustin will not respond to tell us the real reason why he led us on for 2 months and abandoned the job.

A guy named John Paul came and looked at my roof he was very professional and informative and helped me get a brand new roof. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service!

When it comes to roofing things can get expensive and you hope to get contracted with a group that actually completes the job. Go Pitch Perfect was one of the better companies that I have worked with. They are extremely professional and friendly - I would recommend them to anyone in search of roofing companies.
