This is the third time Sparks completed a project in our home. Yesterday they replaced the air conditioner. Prices are reasonable, service is excellent. We appreciate dealing directly with the owner Joe and his team of technicians always go above and beyond. They are very responsive and thorough. In fact, during the inspection, he noticed our hot water tank was not venting properly. Another contractor confirmed Joe's assessment and we are grateful.

Do not use this business unless you check them out fully about the warranty. We own a mobile home. We bought it new and when our air conditioner and furnace needed work done we were informed that Sparks did not send in the warranty when installing our units so everything was not warranted and it all came out of our pockets. Now after 8 years we are stuck with buying new because the cost of an air conditioner is less than the repairs.

Absolutely great customer service. Highly recommend giving them all call! Our dad's heat went out and they were able to come out same day and resolve the problem in an affordable and timely manor. Great communication throughout the whole process and we couldn't be happier with the service provided. Thank you so much!
