I needed a high voltage electrical outlet installed at my business for a specific piece of equipment and ANR Electric was the easiest company to work with. They new exactly what I needed and they were able to get everything done right before my equipment was installed. Thanks again.

We've had problems with electricians in the past, and we are thankful that we found ANR. On time, quality work and we are life long customers with their outstanding service.

Can't say enough with the job ANR did for us. Called Matt and he came out when he said he'd be here. He went over everything I mentioned that may need to be troubledshooted and he wrote eveything down and then some. Matt called us back to schedule the work with an estimate and Mike, Jake, Alex, and Angelo were here as scheduled. Took two days for this team to locate problems and get everything corrected and up to code. We still have some more areas to replace with new wire in the Spring, but we will not hesitate to call ANR back to take care of that job as well. What a great bunch of technicians. These guys work well together. Not only were they professional, but it is refreshing to see a younger generation with good personalities to boot !! These guys did an excellent job. They certainly live up to their motto, "Trust our family to power yours." We highly reccommend ANR to anyone for any type of residential electrical work. These folks know what they're doing !!

My boss hired ANR for a residential project at his home and we hired them for a commercial project at our office- a new space for internal and client collaboration. They are fantastic, wonderful to have and talk with and very easy to work with. Absolutely recommend for both residential and commercial projects.

10/14/2022 10 Stars for ANR. Lost 1 leg of my underground power overnight. Next morning I called numerous companies to trace and locate and couldn't find anyone available til the next week. That wasn't going to work. Called ANR and they pulled a guy (Mike)from another job to come out within an hour. Mike was great, very knowlegable and friendly. I had the job completed and power restored by the end of the afternoon. Thank you Chris, Mike, Holly, Brittany for getting this done so quick. You got good people Nick

I called Aaron yesterday afternoon about a concern with "arcing" in one of our switches and he came out this morning. He identified the problem, called Hank and within a half an hour he had fixed the problem. You don't see that kind of service anymore and it is so much appreciated. We wouldn't think about going anywhere else for all of our electrical needs! ANR Electrical is an amazing company providing superior service to their customers! HIGHLY recommended!

My fiancé & I were FHA Buyers closing on a house. Part of our purchase agreement was that both electrical panels were to be replaced and a few outlets would need grounded. Sellers hesitantly agreed to pay for the repairs after days of no response, and then they sent us over an “invoice” after the work was “completed” to show that these repairs were made. The invoice did not look legitimate or professional by any means so we called ANR to inspect the work that was supposedly done during our final walkthrough which happened to be the next day (the day before we were set to close on the house).

ANR made sure to send us out a licensed electrician on short notice and truly saved us from a nightmare. NONE of the work that was promised was completed on our final walk through. ANR even found more code violations/fire hazards that were not identified in our general home inspection.

ANR was incredible to work with. Every one of their employees were knowledgeable, professional and communication was excellent. They did everything in a timely fashion and were truly looking out for our best interest - even with knowing there was a possibility that they might not be hired in to do the work if the sale fell through.

ANR has gained my trust and I will be a lifetime customer. I will never call a different electrician because I know if I call ANR, I will have a piece of mind knowing it’s being done right, the first time!

Not a doubt in my mind that this is a company that works hard for the customer. I had a very unique electrical issue-lights dimming in some areas of the house, and the very dangerous lights getting brighter in other areas. Initially had Ohio Edison come inspect which was a waste of time. They checked only one of three potential problem areas out of poor communication and laziness. I then called ANR, told them the initial problem and responed they were booked 2 weeks out (a sign of a busy company). After reviewing the problem I described further, they immediately escalated and came back with having a technician out next day! The technician was absolutely knowledgeable, professional and sagely enough to reach out for further advice after trying everything in the electricians handbook to solve our issue. His team member that he consulted came directly over to our house and served up his ideas. They determined it was likely an Ohio Edison problem and even went so far as to uncover the issue that Ohio Edison should have initially with a lot of digging.

I own a business and can easily recognize a talented team and ANR is that talented team. Kudos to their efforts and I cannot more highly recommend them for residential and commercial work. Excellent job from the personable person taking the call and handling/escalating, to the great fellow who worked very hard to solve our problem and his team member who very quickly showed up to offer additional thoughts. Thank you ANR!

I've had ANR come out to my house for a few different projects since we relocated in 2022. I've always been pleased with the work, and the pricing is typically fair. I've had them install ceiling fixtures, run new wiring, and I recently had them install an outlet in my garage for a level 2 EV charger. I will continue to reach out to them for future needs.

ANR electric has always been a pleasure to refer and work with as being a contractor myself. They promptly return my customer's calls , go out and evaluate and fairly quote them based on their needs and wants. They attend to the jobs in a timely manner and my customers always rave about their professionalism. I too use ANR on my own home and feel they are the best Electrician Company to work with on all my electrical projects.

We had bought 70s trailer the wiring is horrible. Called up ANR they actually answer their phones they're well mannered & professionals.Made appointment as scheduled, came out, upgraded the box , some outlets, more. They are affordable, friendly, and more.

I used ANR to correct my garage electric which was also connected to my house. Mike did a fabulous job figuring out how it was set up to work and to correct the problems. Wonderful customer service!!! Holly was super nice with scheduling and customer service!! Highly recommend.

ANR Electric recently installed two ceiling fans in our home that replaced two older fans. They took about 40 minutes to remove and replace the fans and the work was done as expected, without any issues or callbacks.

I called to get an estimate on burying my power line. I met the rep. at my house Thursday morning. The rep. said I would get an email the next day . Never got the quote, so I called them the next week and left a message. I still haven't heard back from them yet. If they don't want to do the work, no problem, but at least give me a call back. Not a good way to do business.
