Had Jerry install an electrical outlet and new light fixture today. Not only was he efficient, but you could tell he was very knowledgeable about his profession as well. Great guy, would definitely call again for any electrical needs!!!

He has a fair price. He arrived to our location in time. He had a good quality work and provided me timely updates. I would recommend him to my friends and would consider him in my next service call. He can improve in terms of his flexibility in taking payments.

I was using my dryer when I noticed it was glowing in the back. I immediately shut it off And googled electricians in my area I like to support the little man so I called JShawn. He came immediately and in a half hour had everything fixed and for a good price I will definitely be using him for all my electrical needs. And I will definitely be referring him to all my friends and family who need an electrician as he does excellent Work and fair pricing.

I called J on a Sunday morning and he was there within the hour. He did great work and I’d hire him again and refer him to friends.

Jshawn electric is by far the cheapest I was quoted. He is very personable, efficient and knows the ins and outs of all electrical aspects. He went above and beyond for my mother n law. Her house caught fire and he had his worked cut out for him. He is very knowledgeable and even worked into the late evening to make sure everything was working. This is the 2nd time I’ve had him do work for us. I will call him back out if we need any more electrical work done.

Called JShawn Electric at 10pm due to a downed tree that ripped the meter socket off the wall. He responded immediately, let me know he didn’t have a meter socket in his shop and would be there the next morning, on a Sunday! As a landlord, for service to our tenants during a hot day without power, I wasn’t sure just how long they were going to have to stay in a hotel. Luckily, it was only one night because JShawn knocked it out of the park. I’d use them again anytime.

Had a great experience! They came within an hour of me calling and switched an outlet for our new dryer. They even offered to do dryer installation for us so we didn’t have to wait for Costco to come back. Additionally, they were very considerate of my husband sleeping and did their best to reduce noise. Would definitely recommend!

ZERO STARS!! I had to choose one star but I really didn't want to. I'm going to make this brief because, honestly, I could go on for a long time about all the things that went wrong with this guy. JSHAWN is not a company! I'm not just saying this because he ripped us off $4,000. Do your research because, unfortunately, we did not do enough before we gave him the job. Jerry Burch claims to be the owner of this so-called company, but he's a complete fraud. Gave him an $8,000 job and gave him half down because that is a normal ask from a company for a big job like this. He showed up maybe three times and did about $500 worth of work. He didn't show up when he said he would, made constant excuses, and then completely stopped all contact with us. We requested a refund, but he never responded. That was over a month ago. We even tried his wife's contact information that he provided, and still nothing. We went to his business address, which isn't a business and, in fact, isn't even a real address. The place doesn't exist! Please do not think that his good reviews outweigh the few bad ones. Honestly, you can't even be sure they're real reviews anyway, seeing as how his own wife wrote a fantastic review for him on Yelp. Weird right! It kind of works out for them not sharing the same last name. It makes it easier to get away with this kind of stuff. We do intend to take legal action at this point. That's probably one of the reasons he doesn't provide a real address. That's okay though because we're legally allowed to look up public records. Seems he has a hard time staying in one place for too long. Hi Jerry! I hope you're doing something good with our money. Maybe put it towards a new truck. You sure do have a lot of problems with that truck. Oh and get a leash for your dog for goodness sake. I'd hate for him to run away again.
