John and crew took an old battered cottage and turned it into our dream home! We could not have had better customer service and you will not find anyone who cares as much about the customer needs than CARE Ohio.

They have done several remodeling jobs in the past five years. Completely did our kitchen and bath, put a 16x24 sunroom and did a shower and floor in the basement. Workers are very polite, quiet and prompt on starting and ending times. Would highly recommend.

These guys are my Go-To contractors for everything! I have used them for new roof & gutters on my house & garage. electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, kitchen and bath remodeling and more! The prices are more than fair, the work is excellent, and they take their time to do the job right and make sure you are satisfied!

Just got an addition done on my house. They finished in estimated time, and did a great job. Owner was very helpful through the whole process and the crew was fantastic!

They replaced an egress for us. It was in a very difficult spot just a few feet from our in ground swimming pool. They did a great job, the crew that came to our home worked hard and were very respectful. From my one experience I would definitely use them again.

Full house and garage siding and roofing was done by CARE. Very complex job (several additions, different types of sidings/ base material, and a LOT of aluminum work). Small, but talented, crew completed the job over a few weeks, these guys go for quality over speed. I waited a warm/cold cycle before posting a review, there are absolutely no signs of buckling or anything less than a perfect installation.

There were several COVID related supply hiccups (initial siding was less than perfect, and other delays), but they were never the bottleneck. he had people over working the instant materials were back.

Would recommend for any exterior work.

I definitely recommend Construction and Remodeling Experts. They were very professional from start to finish. The installers were very friendly and always on time. The job site was always clean, neat, and organized. When the job was complete everything looked fantastic! We couldn't ask for a better experience! A+ quality!!!

This company was recommended by a friend of mine to have a roof tear off and new installation. I was very happy with the work done as well as the communication back and forth with the company. Job well done. Would definitely recommend.

Caution. Beware. I had a roof done with c.a.r.e some years ago. That crew (subcontractors) did great. Work has held up just fine. Now I've had a porch replacement. "Subcontractors). Ihave to say from start to finish this was a terrible experience. Took weeks to show up. Took twice as long as stated. Didnt clean debris under existing porch. And or by end of job. Contract. Paid for specific lumber. Was told that lumber was no good. They "upgraded" to different lumber that was wet enough it shouldn't have been used. Contract. They didn't haul away the lumber cutoffs. Contract. The quality of the work is piss poor at best. Tounge and groove has failed on almost every board. Screws left sticking out. Visible cuts up the stairs....cut with circular saw....the blade overruns are all on top of the stairs. Supposed to flip board so cuts are underneath and not visible. My wife cut her foot on trim edge that has been left exposed. 2 things of mention. I was told by the owner that "he didnt make the wood". Also I was told in reply to legal action that he "has been sued ten times and won. Said with a sense of pride. I personally would be upset if I took pride in being sued. If that same pride was shown in the work or professionalism maybe tr his would be a positive review. Also he screwed himself out of the future projects that are being planned. My estimate is close to $30,000 for the upcoming projects. Buyer beware. Get all in writing. Get a building permit!!!! Have the work inspected at job completion. Good luck.

This group is honest and fair. I had a leak in my roof. I signed up to have them do my roof and gave them a down payment. The leak stopped so I asked for a refund. They were eligible contractually for 25% of the proposal. John only charged me a nominal fee to cover his time estimating the project. This is very fair. Good guys.

We had alot of companies look at our roof. These guys are the only ones that sounded like they knew what they were doing. The salesman really made you feel like they care. Could not be happier with the quality. Highly recommend.

I've owned a construction company for over 40 years. I am now retired. I watched as the crew did work to my home. They installed all new windows and my new sun-room. They all worked very hard. I needed help bringing something upstairs from my basement in my home and 2 of the gentlemen helped me without me even asking. When I offered them cash for doing extra for me they refused to take it. I wish I had a crew like this working for me back when I did concrete. The owner is very Knowledgeable and he truly cared about saving me money! If you are considering this company I strongly suggest them!

John and his crew built the most beautiful deck for my grandmother so I asked them to look at my mothers roof. They took care of everything from start to finish. Now my mom has a new roof that she loves. I’m hoping to get my bathroom done by them this winter. John designed my dream bathroom now I’m saving for winter project. Late October 2022, I had my driveway done by this company, and I was so impressed of the quality of their work and the professional service I received from the salesman and the installers. Take my word and never hesitate to hire this company for your next project.

If you're ok with not knowing when your project will start or get finished, definitely use these guys. AFTER we put down a deposit, we could not get a start date out of them, but instead they called one day and said "we can come tomorrow."

Once they started the work (this was an uncomplicated job - 3 walls and a floor) each stage brought surprise early morning show ups, leaving without telling us, then calling us to say they were on their way back when we weren't home and leaving trash and debris sitting there for days.
When we told Phil that we can't have people just showing up at our house and ringing the door bell and that we needed to know WHEN people would be at our house, he said "I'm sorry we're out there getting the job done" COMPLETELY unprofessional.

This whole process was a complete nightmare. Never again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had an appointment with someone from this company earlier in the morning. I live three hours away from my house, and my plan was to get it renovated soon so I could put it up for sale. When we arrived on my property, he was there. We had many things we needed to get fixed up, but before he said he couldn't help, he only looked at one issue. He asked us a question about something, to which we replied, saying we’re not sure, then suddenly he said, "I won't be able to help you," and left without giving a reason. When we asked why he was leaving, he ignored us and walked out. I find it unprofessional how he just walked out without answering our question. He wasn't even in our house for like 10 minutes; it was 5 minutes or less. The whole "meet" (can't even say meet because he barely stayed) was just unprofessional altogether.

THE BEST REMODELING COMPANY! The guys at Construction and Remodeling Experts made me a very satisfied customer. I needed an additional room made and they made the whole remodel a breeze. From the design to the materials, their attention to detail and professionalism is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone.

Good luck getting an estimate. Phil came out to go over our project and said he would have an estimate to us in a week. Twelve days later, we still have not received an estimate. My husband has called and left four messages. No response what so ever. This seems to be the norm in the contract business these days. Would be nice if we were just told up front that he was not interested in the job.
