    Locally owned locally growned with master gardeners on hand. Does not matter how much time passes, the quality of their products, customer service, knowledge, remain high. Keep up the great work & thanks for the help through the years

    Vary friendly and helpful staff, was even shown plants that wernt quite ready just so I could know what's coming soon. Plant prices were slightly higher than average but reasonable. Pots are overpriced in my opinion though

    I have always liked going to Graf Growers to purchase plants for my flower pots and landscaping, mostly for their quality and guarantee for one year....until this season when I actually had to return a spirea plant. We had spoke to Scott Graf the weekend before by chance and didn't know who he was at the time but said we were concerned about one of the two we bought that it was dying in the center and we were just going to wait to see if it came back. He told us he would rather us wait a week and if it wasn't getting better to just bring it back. We did wait and it started looking really bad when the neighbor plant was flowering pretty purple this one wasn't and was getting worse. So took it in Sunday and some guy came to look at it and started giving me hard time about how I either let it die or watered it too much, tried to tell him the neighbor plant wasn't even 3 ft away and was doing great...then proceeded to tell me I shouldn't water them at the same time and how he's just telling me this because it's no fun for them to have plants returned. I was so frustrated by the time I left that store I may never return and start going to the growers.
    The owner and other ladies at Graf have always been helpful in answering questions and giving guidance on what to plant where, but this one encounter has ruined that for us.

    Nice selection of plants and planting needs. The staff are super friendly and nice, ready to answer questions if you have any. Two cute cats lounged around the greenhouses and like a bit of attention.

    Great variety of vegetables and flowers! Very cheap, but high quality.

    I purchased a plant from this vendor, Graf Growers, at their mobile flower truck while it was at the Van Aken District Cleveland Flea. I purchased a string of beads and brought it home. An hour later, I decided to plant it in my succulent plant, and saw that it was covered in mealybugs. These weren't hitchhikers either, they had nymphs in their nests on the bottom of the pot too. Mealybugs can wreck plants and are very hard to control once there is an outbreak. They can spread very quickly to other plants. and they have to be thrown away if you can't delicate a lot of time to eradicating an infestation. I was so fortunate to have spotted them right before I planted them with my other plants.
    I would expect for a company who over prices their plants at the very minimum to inspect their plants before they set them out for purchase. I had to run all the way back to the event to return the plant. I was also very concerned that the other string of beads weren't immediately removed for further inspection. Instead one of employees said she felt fortunate that other plants weren't stored near my infected one. There is no way the outbreak was that advanced on only my small pot crammed next to other plants. I will not make the mistake again of purchasing from Graf's Garden, at their mobile truck or storefront.

    We placed a small soil order to be delivered on Thursday. Then the 'stay at home' order was issued and our scheduled delivery was no longer possible. Graf's moved up our delivery & couldn't have been better to deal with. These guys are a fantastic local business & we'll be back as soon as possible

    25-50% off of a lot of plants. The tricolor mums are a bit pricey and I’d suggest checking out Sam’s Club or Costco for a better price. Overall, Spring is the best time to shop at Graf’s, but they always have something worth buying year round.

    Bad Business. Was in grafs and my bill was 145.01, I only had 145.00 in cash. Needed that 1 penny. I should have left my things on the counter and walked out. Had to run out to my car for 1 penny. Had 5 people asking me outside if i needed help. Inside no help!!!!

    I have been shopping at Graf Growers for many years and have always had a positive experience. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and they are always happy to answer any questions I have about gardening or landscaping. The plants are always healthy and well-cared for, and the prices are reasonable.

    In addition to their wide selection of plants, Graf Growers also offers a variety of other products and services, including:

    * Fresh produce
    * Mulch and soil
    * Gardening tools and supplies
    * Landscape design and installation
    * Workshops and events

    I highly recommend Graf Growers to anyone looking for a great place to buy plants, produce, and other gardening supplies. They are a one-stop shop for all of your gardening needs, and the staff is always happy to help you create a beautiful and thriving garden.

    A nursery representative asked if I needed help and answered my varied questions regarding how much sun various hydrangea require and the placement of various annuals and perennials. She was knowledgeable and professional and made our trip to their store profitable and fun!

    The plant quality and selection is very extensive and great. The sales staff are very helpful and kind. But I’ve had 2 disappointments with the management. Last fall I picked out a Christmas wreath priced at $29.95. There were others like it priced similarly. There were no signs.on the wall. I was having a nice conversation with the checkout gals when I realized they were charging me individually for each decoration on the wreath so the total price was over $100.00! I asked to speak with the manager but that person just sent a message back that the larger price was final. I didn’t purchase it. I called when I got home and asked to speak with a manager. I never received a callback.

    Today we went to the green house without our coupon. The only recourse offered us was to come home, get the coupon and go back. There’s something missing in a relationship when you don’t flex to help the customer have a good experience. I feel very unwilling to shop here which is disappointing. I’ve shopped here for years , even when we lived out of town.
