My first time using Akrosteam and WOW! Will never use another company again. My entire experience from obtaining information and quote to the results of the cleaning were fantastic. The techs who came were so nice and incredibly knowledgeable. My carpet came out better than any other company I have ever used. Thank you Akrosteam.

Akrosteam did a fantastic job! They removed several tough pet stains I didn’t think would come out and also cleaned my couch and tile in the bathroom. Everything looks spotless and fresh. The team was professional, efficient, and very friendly. I’ll absolutely be using them again!

Akrosteam Carpet cleaned my century old one directional rug. Lee was attentive and kept me informed of the process by forwarding progression photos. It was completed ahead of schedule and looks and feels great. I especially like that Akrosteam Carpet is located in Akron.

Our carpet looks fresh and clean, night and day!!

Our carpets were only a few years old and were then visited for a short time by a pair of cats. Akrosteam was super nice, informative, prompt, and thorough. They also steam cleaned our bathroom tile and it came out looking like new tile! The carpet stains all came out and the house smells so much better with the deodorizing treatment too!

Called them last minute to clean my house for a party I was having they came out and did a great job and even got it done with fast. If your looking for a cleaning company reach out to these guys you won't regret it

This company is possibly a scam. All their reviews were posted in the past month. Requires 50% deposit and the staff person I spoke with seemed very confused about the business. Then on the quote she entered a Rhode Island address for our Akron OH house. Hmmm........

Do not use this company! I hired them to come do a move out clean on my rental property. Upon inspecting the work they did, the kitchen is still extremely dirty. Cabinets are not cleaned, freezer was dirty, floors are sticky, sink was not wiped down, and they sprayed some cleaning product on the oven and didn’t even wipe it off so now there’s a white residue on the oven. Toilet is disgusting was not cleaned at all. House wasn’t even swept or vacuumed. Mirror not even wiped down in bathroom. This company is a total scam!!! I tried to contact them to let them know how disappointed I am with the service but they blocked my number! Photos attached of home, also in a photo they sent me ( I didn’t notice at the time) you can clearly see the kitchen floor is sticky/ dirty. Save yourself the headache and call another company.
