Nate was a very nice technician that came to the house to get air out of the broiler system.. He checked everything thoroughly to make sure no leaks and got all the air out.. he was very informative on what he was doing and explained everything to me in detail- I’m not used to a broiler system for heat so it was most appreciated.. he was also very careful not to let the cat out going in and out of house- Thanks for all the help !!

Schar H&C is such a reliable company. Luke quickly helped trouble shoot our furnace. Not only did he diagnose our heating issue, he also taught me how to clean my flame sensor. This is my second time working with Schar, and I’ll be calling them the next time I need service.

Schar came out for a maintenance check on the system. They were on time I received a phone call and a text before they came to the house. The service tech explained everything that he was going to look at on my furnace and provided detailed results of his review. Excellent service… I definitely would recommend them.

Our technician Seth is just amazing. He’s kind and patient. He takes time to explain when we ask questions and is very knowledgeable. Had the AC go out in the evening at the worst time, called Schar as a first time customer, the dispatcher answered immediately, she got in touch with an after hours technician, he was at my house in 30 minutes. Damien was awesome! He diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. He was extremely professional and was working in the dark at 10 pm at night. I can’t thank them enough for their efforts and I will definitely use Schar heating and cooling in the future!

Tristan is an excellent person to have on your staff. He was very courteous and knowledgeable with the installation of our new Carrier system. We was diligent in getting things right and making sure the system worked correctly.
