Just started using them this year (2020), seemed to be doing a good job on the lawn. But they should of waited to do 10/28 treatment due to a wet yard, they left tire tracks all thru the yard and removed grass in some spots on what appears to have been a tight turn

Follow up - 3/2021, Changed rating from 3 stars to 1! Sent all the requested information, including account number to Greenman and never received a response back from them or any spot treatment. Which in my opinion means very poor customer relations and due to this fact I have hired another lawn care service.
I will NOT be using Greenman services any longer!

They took their time and were very efficient. Doug also inspected my trees and bushes and took some pictures. I had left some pine branches under a tree that I wanted them to look at. They did look at it and they also took the branches away.
For a first visit, everything went well.

Thanks to the existence of Greensman Inc., the giant ash tree, respectfully named Arthur Ash(e), survived the emerald ash borers that ravaged our area many years ago.

The technician, Ed Zeller, has been faithfully treating the tree for years with great success. He is a lovely guy to work with, and I look forward to our annual meeting at the base of Arthur.😊

Technician’s work was probably okay. It’s too early to tell. Looks like part of our lawn was missed and went untreated. There still are many weeds along with crabgrass and sedge grass is still growing. Very disappointed in the service.

Jimmy was a very awesome guy. He was at my neighbor's doing their yard. I waved him over to ask about services and prices. Was very polite, informative and helpful all the way around. Got a good quote and had my yard done in no time. Jimmy had good conversation. Wasn't overbearing, but took enough time to make you feel like a valued customer. Answered all my questions with ease. So far happy with this company and employees!

Wow, what can I say other than it’s always top notch and professional I wish other companies had the same work ethic as this young man does gets to work. Does the job and let us know if there’s an issue with anything that needs addressed? I highly recommend this company to anyone top-notch 100% professional will never use anyone else

No problems at all. John called ahead to let me know he was arriving due to us always having to scheduled around mowing our yard. Also my husband wanted an estimate on trimming trees , someone came out that day to see him.

They came to the door and introduced themselves since we are transferring services from the previous owner. That alone was impressive. Took the time to tell me what they were doing and I appreciated that they didn’t treat my yard like a racetrack. Well done, off to a good start.

Great service. He knocked on the door to confirm the area of our yard we wanted treated. He was very polite and professional, as well as personable and was dressed appropriately. Pls send him every time!

Everything was good except my trash containers weren’t returned to the curb so the garbage trucks could reach them. Luckily I noticed the truck and returned the containers just in time. Please remind him to return the containers in the future.

He did a good job and very nice. My only complaint is, I need a phone call preferably a day before or at least a couple of hours before. My back yard is fenced in and the gate is locked. It won't get done if he comes unannounced and I am not home.

I think he’s doing what he’s supposed to be doing. I don’t think the product is always doing what it supposed to do. I had weeds in between treatments but it’s not him. He’s doing a good job
