Dennis is beyond amazing and professional in the work that he does. As fall rolls in and the need to turn the heat on arrives, we discovered only cold air blowing out of the vents and the flame constantly turning on and off. I gave Tropicair a call as a first time customer who found him based on his reviews. On a Sunday day, he came to our house within an hour after calling him. He walked me through my furnace, quickly identified the problem, and even showed me how to fix it myself in the future (or give him a call if I'm not comfortable doing so).

He didn't charge any weekend or overtime rates, just his standard service fee and was in and out in 20 minutes. He also gave me a quote on installing a new humidifier that is quite generous! This is the shining example of what a HVAC service should be. If you're using someone else, you need to swap! I will be calling them for now on!

My heat went out and it was 53 in our house. My husband was out of town. I got Dennis’s number from my neighbor. I called Dennis and he was at my house on a Sunday 30 minutes later. He was even late to dinner with his son to help out a stranger.
He not only got my heat working, he taught me the entire time he was there about our heating system. He is a very kind, smart man. I am thankful- so thankful for him. I have given his name to a lot of people since then. Grateful for you Dennis!! Thank you!!

The service provided by this company was exceptional! Our furnace stopped working suddenly this winter and Dennis showed urgency in helping us to heat our home. He loaned us space heaters and was able to adjust his schedule in order to accommodate completing our job in a timely manner. He and Christopher were kind and respectful of our home as they worked. After calling at least 10 other businesses on a Saturday for no heat, Dennis answered the call and was at my house within the hour. He was the most reasonably priced, and taught me how to properly clean my flame sensor in the process. I will be using this company for all my HVAC needs.

This may sound like a repeat, but I have to add to the great reviews that Tropic Air already has. Dennis and Christopher came out and installed our new furnace, they were on time, they were professional, instructional, and my wife’s favorite, they cleaned as they installed. Dennis and Christopher were meticulous at installing our new furnace. I agree, “look no further,” you’ve found the heating and cooling company for your needs.

I cannot recommend this company enough! They did an outstanding job installing my new furnace, and when a faulty part acted up afterward, they came back twice without hesitation to make it right. Had the furnace replaced at a really great price and with quality equipment! Very happy with the service

Our heat went out in the middle of the night, called several 24 hr places and only one answered but couldn't get to us right away, I have an elderly Father and can't go without heat, I called Bobby and he got here within 30 minutes, had us up and running again in a short time, definitely will use him again
