Our church suffered a huge fire in our auditorium and the rest of the church was covered in smoke and soot. Servpro came out that night and started to access the damage. They did a complete clean out and mitigation of our entire 27,000 square foot building within 20 days. The communication and attention to detail was outstanding. I always knew what was going on and updated every day. I highly recommend Servpro!

Serv Pro was on a list of 3 suggested by our insurance Company to handle our flooded basement. They were the quickest to respond which is why I chose them. They worked quickly and efficiently from start to finish removing the water damaged material. Jasen was the first to arrive to start and oversee the project. Rodney and Lionel did a great job removing the drywall without any dust filtering through the house. Jacob finished the job by monitoring the moisture levels until it was sufficiently dried out and removing all of the drying equipment. We are very happy with the results of our dry basement.

Mason and Posy were so efficient. They kept the hall to the basement clean with paper runners. They were friendly but serious with the project and worked effectively. I highly recommend Servpro.

Our mitigation experience started with Travis who did a very thorough job evaluating our flooding situation which involved 3 floors. He answered all our questions patiently and was a pleasure to work with. He told us exactly what would take place with the rest of his team. We were also happy with our ServPro team members who did the clean up work. They were amazing because their work was neat, thorough and they paid attention to detail. Amanda was such a responsible team leader. She knew exactly what she was supposed to do and did it with accuracy and efficiency with the help of her teammates- Jordan and John. The attitudes, friendliness, and work ethic of all three team members made it easier for us to have to endure the stress of this experience. Even though John was new at the job, his work ethic and respectful behavior were admirable. Jasen, the project manager, was always available in person or by phone to offer advice and support for any of his team’s or our concerns. Finally, Jacob and Tyler listened to our concerns about our ceiling and wall that were open to the freezing garage and covered the open areas in our laundry room (with plastic)
which were exposed to our garage so we wouldn’t freeze before the rebuilding could begin. We would gladly recommend this team and ServPro
to anyone who needs the services of a restoration company.

I had a wonderful experience with Xavier and the crew. They did a really nice job getting the concrete driveway and porch clean and I would say they were also very efficient. No doubt I will consider and recommend We R Clean and Clear for other cleaning jobs.

We R Clean and Clear washed our house and gutters today! They did a wonderful job. I called yesterday afternoon and spoke with Anthony and they got the job done today! Anthony and his crew were very friendly, accommodating and helpful! We live in the country in Brimfield, and deal with lots of dust, pollen, mold, etc. and they made it all vanish. I will definitely be using them again and recommending this company to friends!

My garage was so dirty - lots of black under the soffit and gutter pipes. Rest of vinyl siding had green algae on it. My garage looks great now! Able to remove it all.

The best window washing job I have ever seen anywhere, the whole time they were here I kept thinking they were leaving the windows open they were that clear.
