Reviews of local pros in Akron, Ohio

Akrosteam was recommended to me by a neighbor and I am so very happy that I began using their services. They arrive when stated, couldn't be any more polite, do the best job as the house smells so good! I can't say enough about this company. So pleased each and every time I've called on them.

So I was told that my cushions probably wouldn’t look like new again but that they would try the best they could and would I like to proceed anyway? I figured why not, since a quote to re-cover them was $3,000. Well, not only did they exceed my expectations-but my cushions do look like new. They were very professional and done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend!!

Christopher and Lee are the best !! They're flexible with their scheduling and did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. The communication from the reservation is set is A+. They show up on time and get right to work.

Chris and the Akrosteam team do impeccable work - very professional, responsive, and straightforward. I had them clean 2 area rugs, and they came back looking 10 years younger. Offering pickup and drop-off was hugely beneficial as well. Very pleased, and I will use them again!

We have a puppy and wanted to have our carpets and couches cleaned and Akrosteam did a great job with it. Our house looks brighter and smells a lot better after they left. We really appreciate their help with making our home look new again.

I don’t typically leave reviews but this company deserves way more than 5 stars! I am so happy and grateful that I found Akrosteam to come clean my apartment. They were so quick and professional, and Christopher was so nice and a genuinely good guy. I would highly recommend Akrosteam to clean your carpets; it looks good and smells really nice. Thank you again!!

Did a great job and worked us in the schedule so we could move in on time. Pulled out more dirt than you could ever imagine possible! All done at a resonable price compared to other quotes and no upcharges.

Wonderful job done by Akrosteam! Our carpets needed a good deep clean. Beyond what a spot cleaner can do. Akrosteam came in and got the job done. They still smell freshly cleaned, and they look amazing. They got all the stains out that were driving us crazy to see. Highly highly recommend. Very professional, on time, efficient, and quality work!

One of the few companies we found that was willing to help us with cleaning of our hard wood floors. They did not sell us what we did not need, they performed what we expected and went above and beyond by making suggestions. Lee and his team are honest and among the best venders we have used. Thanks a lot, I highly recommend their services.

Great experience & I would highly recommend them! Don’t hesitate to use them. Service was impeccable!

We’ve used Akrosteam quite a few times and they have always been professional, on time and done an excellent job. When finished, the carpeting has always looked great. We’ve recommended them to several of our friends.

Akrosteam was very professional and accommodating in cleaning the carpet in a rental I own. The removed the grease marks from tenant dragging bike into apartment, where you couldn't even tell there was black marks on the carpet. The various other spots were removed and carpet looked as good as new. In addition, the whole place smelled fresh. I will definitely use them for all of my carpet cleaning needs.

Our carpets had developed some very strong stains. Akrosteam serviced them promptly removing the stains and cleaning the rest of the carpets. Their mannerisms are polite, professional, and arrive promptly on time. I would definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend Akrosteam for your next carpet cleaning! From getting in contact with them, receiving a quote, to having the carpet cleaned was such an easy and quick process. They were wonderful to work with. I have 4 dogs and they made our carpet smell brand new!

Top notch carpet cleaning company. The crew is professional and has a keen eye for detail and perfection.

I used Akrosteam to clean carpet in a duplex I purchased from an elderly person that over the years developed many stains that I didn't think could possibly be removed. Not only did they clean the carpet better than I thought, I have to say they were very communicative, very knowledgeable, and punctual. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. There 'is a difference' between what they do and renting a machine and doing it yourself.

Akrosteam did an amazing job on my carpets! I felt they went above and beyond to make sure they hit the perfect balance of getting things as clean as possible while also not spending unnecessary money on carpets that would need replacing in the near future. I felt like I was taken care of like family. They even power washed my garage as a “welcome home” gift for free because he noticed it was in need of being cleaned. Could not recommend this company more. Will be using them for any/all my floor cleaning needs!!

Very great service provided to us. They cleaned and sterilized our nature stone in a basement that had water damage. No other company would even touch this job. The owner himself came out to do the job along with his great team. Will recommend for every cleaning need.

Very happy with my experience! Lee was professional and prompt; he squeezed me into their schedule to accommodate mine, and shared information on the stain protection service that I didn’t even know to ask about! Very informative and helpful! And I’m so happy to have stain protection on my new furniture!

LOVE Akronsteam! Just used them for the first time and they were highly-professional, effective, efficient and well-priced. I plan on using them at least yearly to spiff up my home:)

Excellent job as usual. Akrosteam is always very thorough, professional, and easy to work with. Chris is the best.
