I decided to have my foundation walls reinforced after having the basement waterproofed years ago. I was discouraged to find that all of the basement companies had really bad customer reviews. I then came across Summit Basement Company and was relieved to see all very positive reviews. I called Summit and Jake came out the same day!
Jake, the co-founder, assessed my foundation and offered several solutions thoroughly explaining each one. He provided me with information about foundations, remediation, materials and installation. We also conversed about family, community and Summit’s history. He never once tried to upsell me on a more expensive solution and answered all of my questions honestly.
After meeting with Jake and considering Summit’s positive customer reviews, I was confident I could trust them with my foundation repairs. Jake said he would have a team out in 8 days! That is extremely fast in my experience with contractors. His team was prompt, efficient, professional and finished the repair in a single day! The steel I-beam solution I had installed is impressive and I’m certain the materials and installation will long outlive my house.
I am admittedly overly particular and rarely happy with any contractor work. I can honestly say that I couldn't be more pleased with Summit, their personnel and workmanship. It’s refreshing to work with good people and a company with integrity. I rarely write customer reviews; however, I felt obligated to write this for Jake and the Summit team. I invite anyone to do as I did, compare contractors’ reviews online, visit Summit’s website and schedule a meeting with Jake. You’ll find there is no better foundation contractor than Summit Basement Company.
