Pence Bros

We hired Pence Bros. to replace some windows, siding, gutters and garage doors. With their suggestions, we transformed our house to a beautiful home. Daniel and Jon were very helpful and knowledgeable with taking our ideas to the next level. Everyone that worked on our home was very professional, respectful and did their jobs with pride. We highly recommend them for all the services they provide.

I had Pence Brothers do a full exterior renovation, including siding, window/door trims, gutters/downspouts, and porch ceiling/column wraps. I can’t say enough good things about the project. From my initial conversations with Jon and Daniel to their team of guys who arrived on time everyday. They were professional in all aspects of the job. Addressed my concerns and communicated with me throughout the project. The work was efficient and exceeded my (and my wife’s) expectations. Finally, the cleanup was amazing, they took their time and really made sure everything was better than when they got there. If you are looking for a top notch job at a fair cost, Pence Brothers is who I’d call!

Pence Brothers removed the siding, soffits, gutters and downspouts from my house, wrapped the house with insulation and then re-sided, wrapped the windows and doors with wide trim, installed new soffits, gutters, downspouts and gutter guard. OH MY! What a transformation! I can't believe how awesome it looks.
They arrived when there was 2 feet of snow on the ground, piled out of their vehicles and within minutes had shoveled an 8 foot path around the house and were tearing off the old siding. It was bitter cold yet they whistled as they worked. I am accustomed to construction crews being on the rougher side, but I never once heard a swear or foul word. Two of my neighbors also commented the same thing. They were polite, professional and worked from early morning to dusk. They finished the entire project in just two days. It was amazing!
They also custom-made board and batten shutters and window boxes which will be installed soon. New landscaping will come in the Spring and then I still want to do windows and hopefully a front deck - which I will definitely have Pence Bros. do. Their work is quality. I couldn't be happier.
