Conman and a thief! He came out the next day so not an emergency call. No quote or heads up, he changed a $17 part, and was gone in about 10 min. Then he changed $300!!! Outrageous!!! Worse part a month later more issues.. definitely not calling him back! Good luck you have been warned

Ron came out to look at my HVAC and to possibly zone the system. One of the things that was pointed out was I need a steam humidifier. I agreed the system was ordered and he came back to install the system.

We spoke again about zoning and what steps needed to be taken. I said great I will get back to him to set up the appointment. He indicated he would need to order a smoke bomb to better decipher where the ducts were running. I wanted to do it in the spring so we air the house out more quickly.

Springtime came set up the appointment. Appointment day came. Called to get an idea what time. He told me afternoon. I said great I needed to run a few errands. He asked me to call him when I got back in. I did. I think it went right to voice mail. Waited all day no show no more phone calls. Called again would never answer my call nor return it.

This winter comes along and I have my winter service completed and it’s pointed out the humidifier is installed incorrectly. We live in a large home and when Ron installed it he installed it on a 110 circuit which would not produce enough steam for what we needed. Spent an additional 800.00 to fix how he installed it. The other company pointed in the manual that for our sq footage it need to be connected to a 220 circuit.

Ron seemed to be a nice guy. Not sure why he did what he did. If he did not want to zone the system say so. Don’t waste someone’s time. Not sure how anyone could say what he did to the humidifier was an oversight.

I called this morning because my Bryant unit stopped working last night. I started out by telling Ron what was going on and he interupted me with “what do you want me to do about it?!” I continued to be polite brushing his response off and asked for any recommendations or I may need service. Ron didn’t care at all about what I had to say about my issue and hung up on me. I tried calling the other numbers for Bryant in the area and he ignored two calls the third I got through but it was him again he told me he was the owner when I asked to speak to a supervisor so I said “you hung up on me in the middle of talking” his response was “just like I’m about to do again….click” I was nothing but polite and he treated me like I was a nuisance. I have no heat in my house with small children. What a poor representative for Bryant! Keep in mind the phone call was only 2 minutes the first call and the second call was less than 30 seconds

I thought with the name Bryant that they were an authorized Bryant service vendor. This is not the case. The tech came out to fix my furnace and were here a whopping 15 minutes. He charged me $286 to replace a switch and there were no details on the receipt at all; I didn't even know his name,

Five days later, my furnace is broken again. I have called numerous times over the past four days and have gotten no response from them. I have called Bryant Customer Service and opened a case against them and called another company (authorized by Bryant) to repair my furnace.

I would NOT recommend this company!

Ron was our Serviceman. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He arrived an hour before he even thought he could which was so appreciated since we was without air conditioning. Only fixed what was needed and did not try to over sell anything. We was extremely satisfied and we will only use them in the future. Ron thank you

Bryant Heating & Cooling/Ron have been a pleasure to work with over the years.Ron has done the maintenance for both units for several years. When it came time to replace the AC unit I didn’t hesitate to call Ron first.
They are always very responsive.

I’ve used Bryant heating and cooling twice in the last month. The first time they came was for a preseason check on my furnace in October. Very prompt and professional.

This morning when I got up my house was cool and I could tell it wasn’t heating correctly. I called the owner @8 o’clock by 9 o’clock he was here and found the problem in the thermostat very quickly.

Ron came out to give me a quote for new AC Unit. He was in and out in less than 2 minutes. He didn’t bother to look at the unit inside the house to notice it was capable of supporting a 4 Ton unit. My old ac unit was 3.5 tons which is perfect for the square footage of our home

The quote I received days later was for a 3 ton unit which would not adequately cool our home.

Overall I think Ron is nice person but pricey mistakes were made. The other two estimates I received were on point and owners spent time looking at ac unit, inside unit, duct work, etc as all this comes into play when cooling a house and being comfortable. Needless to say I got another 3.5 ton unit installed.

I had an emergency issue with my HVAC and Ron came promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it completely at a fair price. He was extremely polite, professional and very detail oriented. I could not be happier with the service I received, and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Had a repair that was needed on my HVAC. I was extremely impressed with Ron’s knowledge, professionalism and genuine concern. He came out on a Sunday, was prompt and fully explained everything so I was able to fully understand. His price was very fair and I would highly recommend Ron to anyone.

He came and i paid almost 1000 dollars and said it was guaranteed for a year yet when i tried to get back to him he blocked me idk what to say to be honest but this is one of my worst experience ever i lost 1000 and the HVAC is not fixed

This company was GREAT!! We called for emergency service and not only did they come within an hour, they were kind, knowledgeable, and had the problem fixed within 20 minutes. They waited to make sure everything worked properly and their prices were completely reasonable. Will keep this number on hand for any future issues!

Fantastic service. I had my AC/Furnace Unit go out on me this past weekend. It was a 20+ year old unit so I knew it needed replaced. I had 3 companies come out and give me estimates. Bryant cost the least. After calling back to get scheduled he had the entire unit replaced less than 48 hours later.

I would absolutely recommend them for any HVAC needs.
