My dryer quit working at about 4:00 on Thursday. I called Sam’s and by 4:30 I was on scheduled the next day between 2-5. Nate called when he was on his way. He was very polite and found the problem pretty fast.I love that he explained and showed me where the problem was. He than said he had the parts and could fix while there. Fixing it was a good option for us so he fixed it, cleaned up the area and left. I have Sam’s saved in my contacts just in case. I am very happy and will definitely recommend to my family and friends

My Electrolux front loading washer stopped working with clothes and water left inside. I called Grove's and asked them to send someone out. I guess Grove's and Sam's are both owned by Grove's now. Anyway, they made me an appointment for a week out, but then had an opening the very same day. I was so thankful as the clothes probably would not have survived sitting in water for a week. The repair guy was super nice. He was only here for a few minutes when he discovered the problem, and he even had the correct part in the truck. How wonderful!!!! He had a very tight place to work to make the repair. I felt really bad for him squeezing in and out of a small wash closet, and having to climb over the washer to get to the back. He left things fairly tidy too. There is always something to clean up when you must repair something. I can hear my washer running now, and it's sweet music to my ears!!!! Thank you so very much for bailing me out when I needed it most! I will call again:)
