Best of the best in the 330 in the Doak House opinion.

Great service, response time, and very knowledgeable. We contacted them after root-rooter couldn’t fix the problem and they had a plumber was onsite the very next morning to take care of the job. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, and so was the plumber. Not only did he fix the problem, he explained what the problem was and made sure to clean up when he was done! I couldn’t have asked for better service. I’ll be contacting them in the future for my plumbing needs. Totally recommend!

Had a plumbing problem… called when they opened and had service within an hour.
Courteous… efficient…good work. Will definitely called them for any problem we might have in the future.

Ritchie’s Plumbing has come to my residence twice and has been extremely helpful and professional each time. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Very knowledgeable. Freddie was very kind and knowledgeable and explained to me everything i asked and needed.

First off I believe Evan ( the owner ) is a good man and from my experience good men do good business . I called several plumbers in the area and Ritchie was the only one who called back . All the plumbers there are very personable and knowledgeable. Evan gave us a very fair quote for our job . He communicated very well with us during the job and always did what he said he would . We are very satisfied with the quality of work and will have them back to do more work !

Had a plugged drain while washer was going, I was able to minimize damage. Reached out to several plumbers and Ritchie was able to get out late in the afternoon and got it open.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Love the family owned business aspect. Scott answered all questions we came up with. Definitely recommend

Freddy was super friendly and efficient. I had tried to do some gas plumbing by myself and messed it all up. He saved me. I will call them for all my service needs that they do. Thank you

Fred was the man that fixed our bathroom problems. He was very kind, clean and cleaned up after he was done. We will definitely call them again if the need arises. Very reasonable price as well. Thanks Fred!!

Called expecting holiday hours or rates, but Mary answered right away and was extremely polite. She checked on technician availability and called me back within minutes.
Fred arrived in less than 15 minutes and was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Excellent service and response time. Highly recommend.

We called and they came out. Did an excellent job. Had it open quickly. Would recommend then to anyone that needs a Plummer or heating to call Ritchie Plumbing & Heating!

Freddy helped clear the roots that were found growing in my basement pipes that caused the backup. Mary on the phone gave me a great price and i couldn’t be happier! Ritchie plumbing is gonna be my go-to team for anything at this point haha! And the job was done same day too

We needed the water shutoff valves under our bathroom sink replaced and some unused gas lines in our garage inspected for leaks. Bryan and Freddie did a great job and were so friendly. Pricing was more than fair and we will definitely use Ritchie for future needs. Highly recommend!
