My furnace wasn’t working, so I called Harding Heating. We got Jacob. He was very thorough and explained everything to us. I will definitely keep Harding Heating as our go to!

We have been Harding customers for almost 10 years and recommend them to everyone we know. They have come out for emergency reasons, for installing new units, and just for regular maintenance. The technicians have arrived on time with the parts and equipment needed. They have been polite and informative to us about the work they have done and how to maintain things. I love how I get a text letting me know the technician is on the way, along with their name and ETA. Great communication! And when you call them to book an appointment, the scheduler always puts a smile on my face with the kind, welcoming way she answers the phone (even when I’m calling for not-so-happy reasons).
I want to give a shoutout to our most recent technician, Kyle, who did an awesome job getting our AC ready for the season. Like I said: they’ve all been great!
Finally, I want to applaud the company for their community involvement. Most recently, they donated to a fundraiser for a local youth sports league. I see that and appreciate a locally owned company that gives back to the community!

Jacob was very thorough and informative. He explained everything very well got the job done quickly and professionally. I would definitely call Harding again when the need arises.

Jake was an absolute rock star any questions I had he let me know the true and honest answer. He didn’t pressure me into a new unit, but did inform me the age of my unit and what concerns he had seen which is understand able seeing it’s from 1995! It’s a year younger than me that’s crazy. He did a refill of r22 on the unit and made sure every thing was working properly at the time he left. Very thorough job seeing as I am a service manager of a plumbing company I will only refer Harding heating to all of my customers. Knowing there are other company’s giving the same level of service that I expect from my guys helps me sleep at night. A++ company

I had an amazing experience with Harding Heating & Cooling. Their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment I called, they provided excellent customer service and made scheduling easy.

The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly. They were honest about what needed to be done and completed the repair efficiently. My HVAC system is now running perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Once again, Kyle Duke from Harding Heating on call to our home for our annual A/C Tune, Clean, and Check. This time he had a trusty ride-a-long with him, Wyatt Buckingham, a current R.G. Drage student and participant in the summer internship program at Robertson Heating Supply. These guys from Harding are always efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I always feel so at ease after they leave, knowing they did their job so well I won’t have to think about it for several months. I highly recommend Harding Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs, and I can tell you all their techs will take great care of you, not just Kyle (even though he’s awesome). Who knows, maybe down the road Wyatt will be working for them, showing the same level of service. If you haven’t had your A/C checked this season, give these guys a call!!

He serviced our furnace, air conditioning system & installed an air purifier/ionizer. Excellent knowledge & skills. Also, a very pleasant young man. All the technicians are. Our blower needed replaced and we were greeted with a text message alerting us that the technician Kyle was en route . When he got to our house he was pleasant , curious and friendly. He had our blower replaced in about an hour and we thanked him for his promptness and professionalism. We chatted with him for a few minutes and when he said he was only 20 … I was blown away. He’s a great asset to your company and I will recommend Harding Heating & Cooling to everyone I know ! Thank you for your amazing service from the receptionist to Kyle !!! He’s an awesome young man

Jacob came to check on my furnace as I was having heating issues. After I explained what was going on, he knew immediately what the issue was and promptly fixed it. ( Yay ..I now have heat) Jacob was so personable and very easy to talk with. He explained everything to me and was so so polite.

Isaiah was our technician this time, for what was essentially a wellness check. He is a very personable and extremely polite and intelligent young man whom I very much enjoyed interacting with while he performed his checks on our system. P. S. This is addition to the post I left a few months ago about Jacob, which I hope didn't get erased, as he was a great technician, also!

We had Harding do a decent sized commercial job. They were by far the easiest contractor to work with. Everything was planned and timed at the beginning of the project. They had timelines for how long each part of the project would take and guys scheduled to the job months in advance. When the techs came on site Colby was the lead on the job. He was great we worked closely together on some very minor things they were taken care of immediately and without argument. They cleaned up after not just the work they did but also the plumbers mess too. I highly recommend them.

We had an emergency problem with our old boiler system and Harding was quick to respond, easy to work with, and enjoyable to speak to! Jacob came out to fix our problem and explained the process, how to fix the problem, and was a joy to have. Thank you for being great!!! 10/10 recommend.

I trust them. They have provided me honest service when others said I needed things I didn't. I had an air purifying system put in today and Jake was great! He takes time to explain everything and put me at ease. Thank you for being a company I can depend on!

My furnace went out hours before the biggest snowstorm in years. I called Harding at midnight on a Saturday, and promptly got a call back from Kyle. He called to check on us Sunday and was here first thing Monday morning and had the house heating up in no time. Highly recommended. Thanks Kyle!

We bought a furnace from Harding, they installed it on Tuesday. The crew did a awesome job taking out the old furnace and installed the new one. Very friendly, knew what they were doing and very clean in their work. They explained the entire job and everything about the new unit and how it operates. They even stood up some lawn decorations that had blown over in the heavy winds we had that day. Overall we could not ask for anything better.

Not only did these guys go above and beyond fixing my furnace but when I needed a part and it would take a day they brought over space heaters do we wouldn’t freeze! Chris was really good at letting me know what was going on and getting me the best price for what I needed!!! He was also friendly and fast at responding! Kyle and Don fix the problem and explained everything to me to understand as I do not know anything about heating and cooling! I highly recommend this company
