Ryan responded promptly to my initial request for service. He was very polite and professional on the phone and in person. He arrived when he said he would and replaced my burned out sump pump very quickly. While here, he also suggested that I explore a “water jet” backup pump, which I intend to do. His work area was left neat and clean even after having to dispose of the old pump. I am making Midwestern Plumbing my go-to service source for plumbing issues.

Amazing service!! I had a water line leaking in my yard and Mid Western was out and had it fixed as soon as possible. They also worked with my schedule. Great workmanship as well. Will use them again for sure!

I had serious floor drain issues, and two teams stepped up to solve the problem in one day. They showed me video evidence of the issues, and necessary steps, and then specifically carried out each one. Mike and his teammate spent the entire day on the project, and they were outstanding. It was a pleasure working with your staff.

@midwestplumbing is the absolute best. I cut our water line into the house (don’t recommend digging to find yours) at 5 pm. The next morning the Midwest team was there at 9 am and fixed our issue. Gino and Zack were awesome. I highly recommend them for anything plumbing. Great job team!

After some pretty terrible experiences with poor work, nonsensical recommendations, and price gouging from a competitor (HELP), we decided to try something new. She returned calls, answered questions, setup calls to technicians for technical questions and kept me well informed from questions, scheduling appointment and ensuring the appointment was kept. Ryan the service technician and his co-worker did a great job in evaluating and taking care of my total water outage. He explained what he was doing and appears to have done a QUALITY job, but time is always the true test. But I currently highly recommend their Plumbing services based on my first interaction!

Professional and arrived within appointment window. Charged $184 for less than 3 minutes of work. Feel the price to include a diagnostic fee when I told both the operator when I scheduled the service as well as the plumber coupled with a fee to simply show up was too much given it literally took 3 minutes to relight a water heater.

Gino and company installed a sump pump for us and they were an awesome team! They were so friendly, and thorough. Gino explained everything and answered all of our questions. These guys were the first contractors that worked in our home that were actually respectful of our property. And cleaned up after themselves. We will highly recommend Gino snd Midwestern plumbing and have them back if ever needed.
