This is a very reliable HVAC company, and we highly reccommend. Friendly, and they go above and beyond. We have been very happy after having them install and maintain a brand new heating, AC system for our 1070's home. You will not be disappointed.

I am a loyal Kellerman customer for years. They have never let me down. Fair, honest, on time, clean, trustworthy. I'd leave my door unlocked for them if I had to. Good people.

Kellerman

Davin, the lead Technician, and 2 others installed a Carrier Comfortmaker 80K btu, 2 stage, variable speed furnace. They arrived on time, skipped lunch, and completed the job in the afternoon. The new furnace was 5” shorter than the Bryant 95i they removed. The gaps and cracks were filled with silicon. They built an aluminum flashing around the top of the furnace that attached to the bottom of the a/c coil housing. They then added flashing tape to minimize any air leakage, which neither of the other furnace installers I had before had done. Nice touch! On the outside intake and exhaust pipes, they added bird/chipmunk proof screens. This is my 3rd furnace since 1994. The mess was cleaned up inside and also outside where they were also working. The Technicians were professional and the lead was well trained and knew what he was doing.

Techs worked very hard to try and repair a 3 year old furnace installed incorrectly in a new house. They were very concerned for us and tried everything to save and repair the furnace. They got it running but not correctly because of damage caused by initial bad install, and recommended we contact the builder for a replacement. They provided us a very detailed report to give the builder and furnace rep, and offered to talk to them if needed. We and other family members have used Kellerman for a number of years now and I highly recommend them. Family owned, great techs, they strive for perfection with very fair pricing.

George and Jason were professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, but most of all – they really want above and beyond. In the middle of a cold snap, and several inches of snow, they walked down my quite long driveway because they did not think their vehicle would make it. My family – myself and my husband, and my parents before us, have been using Kellerman for probably 30 years at least by now—and there’s definitely a reason why. I always recommend *only* this company to friends.

This team is top notch. I have them come out every year to do my yearly maintenance. This year we had an issue with the furnace and they got it fixed next day. Then it went out again that night. I called way too early in the morning just planning on getting a voicemail and they answered and got me booked first thing that morning and the house has been warm ever sense.

Kellerman is a top notch HVAC company. I’ve been with them almost 3 years and I can honestly say at every service they have done a thorough job. From maintenance to installations I have never been more pleased. I want to call out a great HVAC technician George whom has serviced my AC and furnace. He is thorough, smart and knows where to look if an issue arises. George is that technician that is always pleasant and very knowledgeable too as well as extremely confident. He takes the time to show what the problem is and shows how it will be fixed. Thanks Kellerman for always sending great technicians and always doing the job right the first time.
