We were in a bind and had to have some electric work done in order to sell our house at the last minute . We got quotes from other people and one company actually hung up on me when I asked him if he could give me a date, we went to Butchko and they came out 2 Days later, fix the problem and charged me 1/3 less than all the other quotes I got. Now we're going to use them on a different project because we know we'll get a fair price and quality work.

I manage the rental property next door to our home. Butchko requires the homeowner to call and make the appointment. Not conducive to me completing my job as a property manager. You should really be more flexible. Business is business. So instead of losing 1 job, you lost 2, as I also need work done in my home.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! The technician was at my house for less than 5 minutes. He spoke a total of maybe 10 words and that is stretching it. He did not explain the work to be done or anything to me. He then said he will email me the estimate and left. I called the office later in the day and asked when I would receive my estimate. The woman said it would take up to 4 days to receive it REALLY. I WOULDN'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR RECOMMEND THERE BUSINESS TO ANYONE!!!!!!! They don't deserve any star

Did not have a good experience with this company. The woman who makes appointments/answers phones is extremely rude. Initially, she did not get my complete address, so there was confusion and my appointment had to be rescheduled. I had some questions about my bill because I was charged way more than was explained. Instead of explaining, she kept cutting me off and talking over me. I was charged for two men per hour and a way over priced bill for what was done-was not told this initially. Even with a “credit”, the bill was ridiculous. The men who did the work were friendly enough. They were able to fix my ceiling fan, but not another issue with my outlets. Was charged through the roof and told someone would call me to finish up the diagnostics and fix. Nobody followed up. I would not recommend this company. Rude customer service and overly priced.

Edited. I had another company come to fix a job that this company started, but could not troubleshoot on this service call. The company that came out charged almost 1/3 of what this company charged hourly. Much more reasonable. As stated previously, I was overcharged-even with a credit.

Another fantastic job from Butchko Electric! We have used them countless times over the years and they always get the job done quickly and efficiently! We had an issue in our master bathroom that the guys were able to diagnose and correct within minutes! They were extremely polite and made sure I understood the issue once it was corrected! Hands down the best in the business! Thank you to the whole staff!
