When they came, they came on time, prepared and a did wonderful job on my duct cleaning. I will be recommending them to many, many people. And having them come back.

Just want to shout out to PHIL AND DEVIN @ Energy One for coming to our family's home and professionally cleaning our air ducts and vents ... This might be a small family owned operated business but don't get fooled by that because they come with the full package and they have and offer what it takes to get the job done ... I don't usually write a review neither does my wife but ... ENERGY ONE you guys are awesome would definitely recommend to anyone in need of the services they offer

ENERGY 1 was hired for a duct cleaning. They did a wonderful job very clean and professional. Will be bringing them back for a cleaning of my furnace in a few weeks.

Came back from vacation after the storm and our heat was out! Energy 1 Amherst sent out a tech, he was so nice and friendly! Our heat was up and running in no time! No cold nights for us!!

We had to have our AC unit completely replaced. Our tech Jason was extremely professional and informative. The work from start to finish was done in a great timely manner. We highly recommend Energy 1 and tech Jason.

Phil and Eddie, two very good workers. They were on time, very accommodating, and made sure that we know what was going on. They took the time to answer any questions and contacted to office to clarify a situation. The customer service was on track.

Our A/C unit finally went completely out on us about 2 months ago, after patching it up for years. We called this company and they were great about getting us promptly sceduled and taken of! The gentleman that replaced our system was very professional, they were on time, wore mask for safety measures ( THANK YOU) and completed the job in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone that needs A/C or Heating work done!! Very reasonable with prices as well.

My 20 year old AC (HVAC) broke this year. So , I scheduled about 7 different appointments for estimates (for a new AC/HVAC system) with local businesses. I’m very happy with the professionalism and pricing from day one! Allen is always on time, honest, reliable, and works very efficiently. He and Jason finished installing my HVAC system just under 3 hours! They are an awesome team, great communication, very professional, diligent, and get straight to work as soon as they park their vans! Both are friendly and respectful of your home and time. Everyone at Energy -1 including Angie, has been very professional, honest and prompt. Superb service from all! I’m so happy to find a local company I can trust. I highly recommend this company, and I’m switching to these guys for all my heating and cooling services! Thanks!

I was very pleased with the work ethics number one, of the two young men that Energy-1 sent into my home. Plus thy took their time and did a thorough and good job of cleaning my vents and duct work. They worked from the minute they arrived till the minute they left. They were polite, they were neat and careful about handling the things in my home. Devin and Phil came to my house for a quick estimate, took some time to sit down and explain all the costs. I scheduled and they came out on time were very professional and friendly. They even got my 2 crazy dogs to like them! Overall wonderful experience.

I moved into a home that was of 100 years old and so I wanted to make sure that the vents and ducts were clean and clear of any debris. So I called Energy One scheduled a day and Devin and Phil came out and were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very considerate and respectful of my home. They explained the whole process to me and I couldn't be happier with their work! I know now that I can enjoy my home without any worries of what's cooking or crawling down those ducts. Lol. I can't speak to the services they provided, but I can say that they have a great employee (I believe a tech) in Jason. Long story short, he noticed we had an emergency situation as he drove by and jumped into action. Saving me and another dog owner from a lot of heart ache and possibly legal fees. Thank you Jason for reacting like you did.
