HL Fraas did a complete HVAC remodel for me including replacing my furnace and AC condenser unit. The customer service I have experienced has been top notch. The price matched any in the Toledo area. Highly recommend to anyone.

I purchased a Trane furnace and A/c unit in early2025. Easy to work with, Quality install. Feeling I made a good choice with Fraas.

We had HL Fraas install a split unit system into our home. Service was quick and professional. All of our questions were answered right away and the office kept in contact with us the entire time. 100% would have this company do work for us in the future!

I Have used FRAAS a few times now.and they show up when they say they are going to be there! Scott is who I request i like his attitude and even if it's the simplest fix(like mine one time I had my fuse put in wrong in my breaker box) he shows u ur mistake and how to do it correctly. The service call fee isn't outrageous. Even if your issue is simple like mine ur service call is paying for knowledge. That's what these guys are for🤷‍♂️

Within hours of contacting HL Fraas with our heating issue they had us up and running. This is the second time we've needed them and both times they were quick, friendly, and professional. Caleb explained everything he was doing and was very knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier! Very thankful!

I had FRAAS look at my central AC after another company from "American Home Shield" most likely messed it up. Caleb Font came and looked at it and gave me a bunch of options... which I appreciated very much. He called me when he was in route and when he arrived promptly when he estimated he would be there.

All the employees at Fraas are courteous, taking the time to keep you informed and up to date on the progress of the job they are performing. Will call again with any future needs!

I am beyond satisfied with the quality of work done. Caleb and Hyatt were sooo respectful of mess, noise and disruption of our house. They answered all my questions even if it may have disrupted their work. I was given an informative final walkthrough. Kenneth was so professional manning the phone and kept me up to date on the timeline and scope of the project. Frass is the BEST!!! Thank You.

Needed a new furnace and AC unit to replace an aging system. Fraas provided a detailed estimate within days of my request. The arrived on the day scheduled and completed the replacement installation in less than two days. The technicians, Caleb and Scott, did an excellent job both with the removal of the old facilities and the installation or the new equipment. They also did a great cleanup when all work was completed. The techs took time to answer all of my questions and my wife was very happy with the care they took around the gardens when replacing the AC unit. Great job to all of the HL Fraas personnel.

Fraas was able to schedule a tech to troubleshoot our AC issue in less than 24 hrs, the tech called when he was on the way and was able to diagnose and repair our issue promptly. They provided pictures of what the problem was and instructions on how to prevent further issues. Highly recommend Fraas for any heating or cooling issues.

Caleb originally came to troubleshoot an issue with our AC unit that was original to the house. He explained multiple options for refilling the refrigerant in the original unit and options for a new unit. I appreciated that he never tried to pursuade me into just going with a new unit without exploring other options. Given that the unit was nearly 30 years old I made the decision to go with a new, more efficient unit.

On installation day, Caleb and Hyatt were excellent and explained everything thoroughly. They went the extra mile to ensure that we had the best unit and parts for our needs during installation. After installation, the areas that they worked in were in nice and neat condition.

I felt the cost was great given the unit installed and the installation requirements.

Fraas is the best hvac company I’ve used. I wish I would’ve called them sooner. Great prices and they’re always available very quickly. They give really good advice and explain things so I can understand.

Very impressed from the beginning dealing with Fraas. Did a complete inspection of crawl space and attic, taking measurements inside and out. Very detailed. Polite and professional all the way. Cleaned up along the way as well. Highly recommend them for heating and air conditioning services.

Called Fraas for furnace problems. They responded and sent a technician. Caleb diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the fix. The work was done professionally and courteously. Great company to work with.

FRAAS has been so wonderful in getting a new hot water heater for us. We have been struggling since January with sub par equipment from another company. Caleb was a terrific installer and Kenneth was easy to work with and very understanding. Very happy we chose FRAAS!

This is my 2nd year having Frass heating service my boiler and I could not recommend them highly enough. Very polite, communicative, and knowledgeable. Both times they've been here the technicians answered any and all questions I had about my heating system and future cooling aspirations for my house. I really appreciate them and know my boiler is in good hands!

I had a great experience with Fraas. The process was quicker than I expected from the initial phone call to the inspection and replacement. Kenneth was kind and clear in his recommendations and made suggestions based on what would be best for my home and not just what costs the most. Caleb installed the furnace in one day. He showed up exactly when promised and was done installing and explaining how to use the furnace before 5pm. Kenneth and Caleb were both kind and respectful throughout the process. The install was just today, so I can't speak on how well the furnace will hold up, but their skills and warranties give me confidence! The price was within the range I was told by others to expect, so the cost wasn't a surprise. Kenneth gave me a few options that ranged in price, and those prices had everything up front with no hidden fees or charges. They offer financing as well if paying up front isn't an option for you.

I had a company accidentally step on the coolant line of my AC unit, which caused it to break and lose all its refrigerant. My AC was completely down. I called everywhere, and no one could come out until the following week. That’s when I reached out to Fraas.

They not only responded right away, but actually pulled a technician off another job to get my AC up and running the same day. The communication was fantastic, they were punctual and professional, and the repair was done right.

Job well done. Fraas has definitely earned my business going forward!
