I checked in at 23:00 dropped off the trailer in south side of the building, they let me sleep right in front of the trailer that I was going to pick up .

Trying to get these guys to call you back is like pulling teeth.
They left our furnce in shambles. Bunch of loose wires and they were going to see about a part for our furnce. 5 days went past and no call yet about a part. Tried to call them got answering service. She said, she will call the on call person. Needless to say, they never called back.

They didn't put back what they took off the way they found it. It seemed like they were in a hurry to get done. Also left quite a bit of leftover garbage (screws and wiring pieces) on the floor where someone could easily step on them and possibly get an injury. One final thing is the service person didn't really walk us through how to use anything without us asking.

Service person was personable and friendly. They arrived on time and did great work without leaving any debris behind. Highly recommend HL Fraas!

Terrible service. Took 2 weeks for leaking tub faucet to get fixed with multiple visits. Basically was told that I had to deal with leaking because everything had been installed correctly. My bathroom was left a complete mess. Found out later that the tool used for the faucet installation fried our outlet. Serviceman was inconsiderate and did not seem to know what he was doing. Would never recommend this company.

Needed a plumber for a quick fix for a leaking shut off valve. It was after hours, but thanks to their switchboard service, I was able to talk to a Live person. Notified one of their on call persons and called me back. They were polite, helpful and knowledgeable, will call again. Thanks for the help.

We had Fraas come out Fall 2018 and do a checkup on our furnace before winter. Service tech said it was all right as rain. When I ask about longevity he stated that we had at least 3-4 years out of it. He was wrong. We did t even get a year out of it.

I've used HL Fraas for installation and maintenance of my geothermal system for several years, and I'm also very pleased with the recent installation of a new ductless air unit. They do an excellent job with quality installation and cleaning up their job site afterwards.
