Tree reviews in Ashland, Ohio

this week I had a large tree, that was ripping into my roof, cut and removed by K&M Tree Services LLC and they did a fantastic job!! I don’t know the names of the 2 men who did the job, but they were prompt, very polite, got right to work and did the job fairly quickly. They even cut a few other problem branches from additional trees and helped remove a couple stumps. I would say they went above and beyond what I expected as cleanup too - they honestly could have left a lot more debris for us to handle but they didn’t! (Almost told them they were doing too much and don’t worry about it lol) they even accidentally knocked off a deteriorating piece of downspout (no big deal to me) so they went to Home Depot to get a replacement, and came back and fixed it!
On top of all that, the price was WAY more reasonable than we were expecting. 😅 so basically if you need tree service, I 10/10 recommend them!

I chose to call K&M because of their reviews. It was the right choice! They are amazing. From the first meeting for an estimate to the actual work I couldn't be happier. They work together like a symphony. The cost was reasonable and the clean up perfect. If not for a missing tree and some trimmed limbs you couldn't tell they were there!

I had 2 massive silver maples, one between 2 houses. After struggling to find a service to tackle them....I finally stumbled upon K&M Tree Service. I truly couldn't be more satisfied. Super friendly and told me the whole plan of how the trees would be removed before work was even started. The job was so big it took 4 days. Non stop cutting and hauling wood! Everything was handled and completed professionally. Even came back in the rain to clean up debris from my yard. It showed K&M cares about the work they do and the impression they leave. I highly recommend them for any job you may have! You won't be disappointed!

We contacted Matt and Kendra for a major tree job on our property. We had five trees taken down that were all near other houses or power lines. K&M did an excellent job. They maintained great communication with me from the quote all the way through the job nearly two months later. The day of the operation, their team was very professional, safe, and completely prepared for the work. I had many other people in my neighborhood state how impressed they were with the service they provided. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and the area cleaned up. I would highly recommend them for any future tree servicing needs. Thank you K&M!!

I highly recommend K&M Tree Services. Honest, dependable, knowledgeable, friendly and no BS. Our tree trimming service was performed carefully and efficiently. Communication was spot on. I felt the price was fair for the work that was done, and it definitely was something that we couldn’t DIY.

K&M did a great job from quote through job completion! The place the logs and mulch where I wanted them after felling two trees and trimming several more. They cleaned up all of the debris including raking the leaves from the work out of the yard. Very punctual, honest, fair priced and easy to work with!

K&M did a fantastic job! Went above and beyond to protect our yard from damage. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
The price was half of others quotes.

Matt was such a pleasure to work with! He got back to me so quickly after I filled out the contact form and was out to give us a quote in no time. The price was reasonable and the quality of work was amazing! He got us on his schedule quickly and answered all of my questions throughout the whole process. I can not recommend them enough! You will not regret working with them.

K&M Tree Services was knowledgeable and kind. The owners worked with us to maintain the grandeur of a massive old oak tree, helping preserve its health for generations to come. They were timely and informative.

K&M did an awesome job taking down our 2 trees. We thank them for their service, safety practices and care. And allowing us to keep the wood and mulch. Very reasonable price too! 😊Highly recommend for your tree service needs!

Exceptional service! Matt and his wife are two of the kindest and genuine people I've come across in a long, long time.

We had a massive mullberry tree that was rotting, splitting, and soon to fall. K&M did a fantastic job taking this tree down for us. From first cut to the cleanup, we couldn't have asked for a more thorough job.

Please consider them for any tree work you may need. This was the fifth tree they've removed for our family, and the only company we will use in the future. They are fair and professional!

Very happy with this morning's tree service. Very knowledgeable and competent staff. State of the art equipment and well trained how to utilize it. On time and reasonable pricing. The job was done quickly and smoothly. What really impressed me was the matting they laid down to protect my yard. Looking forward to future work to be done

I can’t recommend K&M Tree Services highly enough. Matt came to my house to give me a quote after another local business did, and the other company made no mention that there were regulations against trimming oak trees during the time of year I was looking for the service to be done. I was so thankful Matt knew this regulation as ignoring it could have killed the tree (and other oak trees in the area!) It was clear that Matt knows trees and cares about the health of the trees that he works on. When the oak tree was dormant for the year and it was a safe time to be trimmed, Matt remembered my request for a tree trim and reached back out to me to schedule the service. His team took great care of the garden they had to cross through to get to my trees and honestly I can barely tell they were on my property. The care they put into the cleanup of the trimming is remarkable. Somehow there wasn’t a twig or pile of sawdust left behind. My trees are safely and artfully trimmed, my property protected from future storm damage, and it’s clear how much pride K&M puts into their business. I’m thrilled with the work they did- and for a very reasonable price, too! Call K&M - you won’t be disappointed!

Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled crew! We are so happy with the methods and equipment K&M used to take down two massive oak trees. They handled the project with such care, detail, skill, safety, and clean up. They worked tirelessly and with great effort on this 2 day, labor intense project. We definitely are very happy with their services (tree removal and stump grinding), and recommend them highly. Job well done! Thank you K&M for not only removing the trees but giving us peace of mind that we no longer need to worry about the risk of trees falling and causing damage to person or property! Five stars and two thumbs up! Keep up the great work!
