Bad attitude operators- cracked walls unlevel dig on foundation caused water to flow away from sump and drains , poor grounds excavating work and worked under a sleezy crook builder in carroll ohio ,

Sam's installed two separate culverts to cross a creek at my home and farm. They look great and I have received many compliments.

I was amazed at how much Sam's employees lied to us while doing the excavation for our new house and putting in our basement and garage walls and floors. Their communication with us and within the company was also atrocious. They also kept changing the bid as it turned into an invoice, such as adding 100 tons of gravel to the bid that never showed up at the house, and the 20'x36' concrete "pad" that they were to install suddenly became a gravel "pad" in the middle of the process. And when we tried to get answers about questions like the extra gravel, we'd get more lies, until they simply stopped returning our calls, the same happened as when we tried unsuccessfully to get them to return to complete the final grade around the house. They also had total disregard for our property, destroying several slow growing river birch trees, smashing an old horse fence, and tearing off the limbs of our large oak tree just to create more space to make it easier for them to work. And good luck if you don't pay their invoice fast enough. They will bully and harass you relentlessly, at all hours of the day, as well as threaten to put a lien on your property. I will NEVER use them again, and recommend that you don't either.

My favorite company out of all the trades that built our twenty four hundred square foot, three car garage home. Sam’s provided all the excavating, concrete pouring and final grade of our home. I was impressed that they didn’t skimp on materials, such as back filling with stone rather than dirt like many other companies would have. I am writing this a year and a half after they completed their work, very minimal cracking, extremely happy with their final product.

As always, very happy with the selection of hanging baskets, and beautiful flowers available. Staff always a huge help and very courteous.
