Excellent service. 2nd time I've used them, both times my appliance was repaired and like new again. Will not hesitate to call again should I need Appliance service.

After waiting for for another “recommended” repairman to get back to me for over a week to fix my washer that wasn’t spinning and draining, I found Ace Washer & Appliance Services on Google. Scott answered on Monday morning and by Tuesday evening I was doing laundry again. I hope all my appliances stay healthy for a long time, but if they need fixing, I’ll know who to call.

Service was very timely and the repair was very reasonable. The product knowledge was exceptional.

Scott was fantastic. In and out in just over an hour. You will absolutely not get better pricing than him, he is honest about part pricing with reasonable $/hr for labor. All of this and he brings 40+ years of direct labor experience.

Scott always talks to you about the problem on the phone and offers potential solutions before deciding whether he should make a visit. Once you decide you need his services, then he is prompt about returning calls and very communicative about his arrival time. On site, he is knowledgeable and explains/shows you exactly what is going wrong with your appliance and then fixes it!

After having a different repair company out twice and the washer leak still not fixed, I decided to try a different company and called Scott. He found the leak after a few minutes and also identified another problem with the washer (hot & cold water hookups switched), as well as the dryer vent hose not being securely connected. He had to order a part, and then came early in the day and fixed everything perfectly. Very reasonable price and professional. He called the next day to make sure everything was working.

I called on a Monday afternoon regarding my washer that was not draining. Scott said he would be able to come on Wednesday or Thursday, he would call Tuesday night to advise., He came Wednesday morning, earlier than he had stated, He was able to diagnose the problem and had the right part. However, he found another problem, he didn't have the part with him. He said he would let me know when he could work me back into the schedule. He was here this morning, he was nice and prompt, my washer is fixed. Prices were reasonable. 5 stars to Scott. Thank you

My Dryer stopped heating. Called Scott and was able to set up an appointment for two days later. He called to confirm the night before, showed up on time, had the dryer fixed and cleaned out in an hour and a half. Very reasonable price.

Scott has been servicing our appliances for over 25 years. He is very knowledgeable and an honest guy. One thing you know is when he leaves your stuff is fixed. He also will tell you if it’s not worth fixing and not rip you off. I refer him all the time.

Amazing. Scott the owner answered my call. He walked me through a potential fix. I thanked him. He called back later the same evening as a courtesy follow up even though i didnt spend a penny. Issue needed a service call. Scott set upbcall and followed up night before with a call to confirm. Ace fixed the problem and i couldnt not be happier how easy he made the process. We recently had the pleasure of meeting Quinten Grabski, the new Co-Owner and Lead Technician for Ace Washer and Appliance Service.

Quinten expertly diagnosed the issue we were having with our Electrolux dryer. We were impressed with his knowledge and the advice he shared. Since then, our dryer has never worked better! Each dryer load is now completely drying on the first cycle which it has never done, even when the dryer was brand new just six years ago.

These guys are Awesome came in diagnosed the problem. Drove back to there shop to pickup parts they needed, came back installed the parts and cleaned up. Our Navien tankless hot water heater is up and running . They are Super nNice and professional

Highly recommend this plumbing company for anything inside your home! Honest, fair priced and reliable workers. You can tell they really care vs a lot of corporate places I’ve dealt with.
