They were fantastic to deal with, very quick and professional. We had two large trees that needed cut down. Pricing was very fair and Emma is extremely nice and helpful when you call. I would very much recommend them!

We had a very intriguing problem with a few trees in our backyard that were in need of some serious attention. We contacted several companies and one of them was The Falls Group. Keep in mind this was a very hard to access area and we had just spent a ton on new landscaping and deck work. Most companies said it was way out of their scope of abilities. Eric from Falls came out and accessed the situation. He assured us he was one of the few people that had the right equipment in the area. After checking his references we proceeded with the work. This tree was over 150ft. Tall up against our house. Eric and his crew meticulously pieced the tree down and craned the pieces over the house. His men left our yard immaculate! We can not thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mr. John Arnold showed up with his crew today. They were very professional with tons of equipment and did an excellent job in a very short time. I'm very pleased and will definitely use them again. The prices were very competitive and Travis was out to do the estimate quickly.
