I had a positive experience with the owner & his crew from the estimate to the completion of the job. They were knowledgeable and efficient in the removal and clean up.

Ajax was great to work with ! They came out immediately for a quote and were then back later that week to complete the job.

I had 9 diseased pine trees removed by Ajax Tree. They did an outstanding job. Stan, the owner, is a true professional expert. Stan and his crew showed up on time, made sure the lawn wasn’t disrupted, professionally and safely removed the trees and ground out the stumps. Their clean-up was excellent. I highly recommend Ajax Tree Service!

Don’t call them if you are not an existing client. That are not taking on new clients because of the “storm” that happened over a month ago they are still backed up. They will not even direct you to another company.

Steve and his team responded fast, showed up when expected and completed the job with experience. I’m very happy with the team and would recommend Ajax to all of my friends who need to trim or get rid of a tree.

We had a 50-ft pine tree that had to come down and they were very careful not to have it fall into our house or the neighbors I wish I could post the pictures of it but they did a great job and had everything cleaned up in the same day I've recommended them to several people since then.

Needed two trees trimmed in back yard. Chose Ajax because they told me they would use tree climbers (the three other tree companies I got quotes from did not have climbers).
When Ajax finally showed-up, they tried to fit their truck between my house to get into my backyard. During the time they maneuvered their truck next to my house they damaged my gutters; then complained that they would have to actually climb the trees to trim them. Again, the only reason I used Ajax was because they had tree climbers.
Now, Ajax will not respond to my calls about the damage they caused to my gutters.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Prompt customer service, I had ajax do some work in my yard and it looks fantastic. They were courteous and professional. Thanks to them I can sit outside and actually enjoy my yard. Will recommend them to my friends and family.

I have used Ajax in the past as well as some of my friends that need tree service. They are prompt and professional, and above all friendly. This time we had a broken branch removed from one of our storms this summer.
One comment, we had several estimates and they were not the cheapest!

Professional. I had a couple of trees pruned. One tree was next to my pool and storage shed. They took great care in removing the limbs so as to not damage anything. They also took precautions not to damage my yard even though it was very wet.
I would recommend Stan and the guys and will use them in the future.

Good customer service, quick response. The owner gave me his personal cell number if there were questions or problems. I hired them to drop a tree and I did all the clean up and kept the wood ( my idea). They cut the tree up into manageable sections but I have a forklift for large sections of the trunk. There was small damage to my siding - accidents happen. Stan, the owner, personally found a new piece of matching siding and had someone come over to replace it. Stan is a stand up guy, "good people" and local to the area. I would use them in the future.

Had them take care of a massive broken branch in front of my property. During the estimate I inquired about another large branch and other smaller branches higher up on the same tree and an adjacent tree. The estimate I received was lower than expected and lower than another company for half the work! The job was done the following day and it was terrific. The cleanup was impeccable. Will absolutely reccomend!!!
