Kevin was outstanding. Based on photos and a description of the issues with my washer and dryer he was able to give me a quote, had the parts in stock and repaired them the same day. It's evident that he has a commanding knowledge of his craft and he used that experience to save me a whole lot of money to fix what I had over buying replacements.

I am impressed with the fast, professional, and courteous service.
Kevin returned my call within the hour of my initial phone call. He was able to coordinate his schedule to accommodate my work schedule.
We scheduled the appointment for a specific time, not a 4 hour window of time.
Kevin diagnosed the problem within minutes of arrival, was able to secure the parts needed for my unusual situation, kept me informed of the status of the project via text messaging and was able to get my washer back up and running the same day!
The repair cost quoted was the actual cost and very reasonable.
