I had them come give me a estimate they said they would in two days. I waited 5 called and was told they were gonna go have someone check it out over the weekend and they would get back to me. they never got back to me. if you don't want to do a job say not interested

Excellent work. I had several projects done this year, new landscaping, then new border around all the landscaping. Justin and his crew were great to work with.

They installed my new lawn - grading, clearing rocks, adding topsoil, seeding, etc. These guys worked hard, gave me a great price, and did a great job.
It is great to work with a local company that treats you well,
I would recommend them.

A crew of four from JLM came promptly at 9 and spent three hours cleaning up all my leaves. Then one of the crew members meticulously trimmed and cut my lawn. The grass looks like a green carpet. You guys rock!

Today 11/1/2024 at 7:20a.m. I was in Barberton, OH and one of your drivers turned right on red, which isn't allowed, at the intersection by Giant Eagle on Robinson Avenue when I had a green turn arrow. I had to stop and then drive out of my lane into opposing traffic because of their reckless driving because he would not stop when it was obvious we were both going. You need to speak to your drivers, or your team at large if everyone can drive, because if they had hit me you or your insurance would have been paying. I am telling you this to hopefully prevent your drivers from doing this to someone else or worse. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from your employees.

JLM has performed a number of services for me including grass cutting, snow plowing, weed control to my flower gardens, and adding fill dirt and top soil and seeding the area next to my driveway addition. They are always courteous, professional, and reasonable. They will continue to be the only landscaping company I use. They do an outstanding job and I give them a 5 plus rating!!

We LOVE JLM Landscapes. They did excellent work pouring stone around our new patio. They're reliable, professional and all around do a GREAT job. 10/10 recommend.

You will not be disappointed with this company. JLM Landscapes does awesome work. Very professional, work is done efficiently and neatly. The crew is very
polite and the owner Justin is very responsive.

We had our new home landscaped by JLM. They had great ideas, the job was completed in a timely manner and the plants were ( and remain) healthy. The only criticism is that I wish we had followed our instincts and insisted on having a barrier installed under the river rocks. The weeds are a constant battle we never win. We can’t use weed killer because of the proximity to the landscaping plants and they will also die. I feel the only solution is to rake out the rocks and install a barrier then replace the rocks.

Unfortunately disappointed. Orig quote was on the high end but the final bill was another 40% more than that. Undersized equipment left the job unfinished as well. We've since been completing the work ourselves. I really liked the people but the final product was left unfinished and more cost than expected.

We highly recommend JLM Landscapes! We’ve had them for yard cleanup, for edging, trimming, mowing, weed control, for snow plowing, and to fix drainage issues etc. They do outstanding work at a fair price! If you need yard work of any type done, give them a call!

JLM landscape has been unprofessional, unsatisfactory, dishonest, and did not follow request. JLM went against their contract agreement and charged us for service not performed. We requested them not to salt our parking lot but went against our request that was in writing and charged us stating it was in their contract so that is what they follow and charged us for it. The contract also stated and was agreed that they would remove snow from sidewalk but did not complete the task multiple times. When asked they refused to remove the snow from the sidewalk. Was told by owner that he has no knowledge what is on the contract and will not perform the service even though the contract states they they will. JLM was not timely, would not show for over 24hrs hrs after heavy snowfall causing residents to get stuck. When contacted was just given excuses that he was tired and doesn’t feel like going out. The final draw and reason for this review was after I just received an invoice stating they cleared and salted my lot weeks after I canceled service with them weeks ago trying to charge me for work never performed. The work they did do was sloppy and messy not even fully cleaning the lot and blocking entrances. I would not recommend using them.

The Akron Bar Association is looking fresh for the season after a long day's work from the hard-working JLM crew! Even a torrential downpour did not damper their efforts in trimming bushes, laying fresh mulch, and planting grass seed. Last season's mulch was completely removed, and trenches were dug to avoid erosion of the new mulch - no shortcuts were taken. The crew was very friendly and really put in an effort to get everything done. Your efforts did not go unnoticed!

The crew did a job for me expanding a paver stone patio I already had. They did a fantastic job and I really appreciated Justin’s follow up. Some life events happened in between trying to schedule the project and Justin didn’t push but followed up which I really appreciated allowing me to get my project done when I was ready for it. They were also very fair on price negotiations. Will absolutely use them again for any other landscaping projects.

We hired JLM to clean up our landscaping and weed & mulch the flower beds. Our experience with them was very professional from start to finish. They were very thorough with the quoting process so the scope of work was clearly outlined. They did great work on the project and worked very efficiently to get everything done in a day. I would highly recommend their services.

Very happy with our service! Justin was great to schedule with and he easily and quickly provided additional quotes when we wanted to adjust some features. They did quick work and everyone was very polite.
