Brad was called out in unbelievably cold snowy weather with a wind chill of -20 below to install a defective heat tape on my granddaughters mobile home. In just a matter of hours he had the job completed and within three hours of the job being completed she had flowing water. Brad set with me and explained what he had to do, parts he was going to install and what to expect after the job was completed. Thank you Brad, you are definitely an great asset to Blind and Sons. Jesus was wonderful. He's very personable and a happy tech. He explained things to me which was wonderful because I didn't quite understand everything and I appreciated him coming early instead of tomorrow he did a very good job and helped me with my filters that I had the wrong size and he explained that all to me and which ones were bad and which ones didn't fit and so he went out to his truck and got me the correct filter which was wonderful so I didn't have to go buy one or do anything else or he didn't need to come back I would definitely use Blind again for all my needs that they supply. He cleaned up after himself which not all techs due. I would take a picture of his work but not always technical friendly.

Called for emergency furnace issue. I was able to make appointment same day and Hershel was out within two hours. He explained problem thoroughly and made fixes in a timely manner. Highly recommend

I’ve had Blind and Sons come to help me with my fixer upper house several times. They installed my new AC unit, ran new gas lines, and also fixed the furnace when it stopped working. I can not recommend them enough! Highly knowledgeable, extremely quick response times, great pricing, and the absolute friendliest people. They have a lifelong customer with me. I know my home is maintained well when they are the ones maintaining it. Honestly so grateful that I found them!

I received Furnace service from your Technician Frank Waugh he explained everything really carefully from a temporary fix to what I received today to what I really need is a full furnace installation which I will be getting later this year and I would like Frank and your company to complete the installation probably around October or November 2026

Denny Tingler is an excellent service man at Blind & Sons! He arrived on time, and explained what he was doing through the entire service call! He was respectful, as well as knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and cleaned up the area he was working in! Denny provided me with an estimate of the cost to fix the problem, and an approximate time frame. I certainly would like him to be the repair man once the parts have arrived, please! I highly recommend Blind & Sons to anyone in need of HVAC, electric, or plumbing work, as I have had them perform all 3 on my house, and was satisfied with everything!!

Edit: Denny returned yesterday and completed the work I needed done. He did an excellent job and I am 💯 percent satisfied with his (hard) work! Once again I highly recommend Blind and Sons for reliable and experienced work in any of the services they offer!

Frank very professional and very informative on the work that he was doing. Frank also was very polite and very considerate with me and my wife. I have used Blind and sons for multiple projects and I’ve always had a good experience. The value of their service and expertise is unmatched and their price is competitive. I always get multiple quotes and have always used Blind and Sons in the end. Isaiah and Travis were professional, punctual and was upfront and honest if there were unforeseen costs. I’d recommend blind and sons for any future plumbing projects and based on my previous experiences I’d also recommend them for electrical and AC work too.

Stephanie was wonderful! She did a thorough evaluation of our heater, took pictures and sent me a detailed report of her findings. We will be using Blind and Sons again!

Discovered hot water tank leak, called Blind and Sons. They came out next day. Karl was helpful & informative. He installed new unit, explained everything and showed me everything, cleaned up the area. Very kind & professional. Highly recommend him.

Travis did a great job was very personal and professional! He worked quickly and efficiently as well as took our old toilet and disposed of it! I thought this was a nice surprise! The pricing was okay even with the discount and we supplied most everything for the job the only thing we didn’t have was the shut off valve which is at best a $20 part could have been better $$578 was still a bit steep to install a toilet in my opinion! However the job is done and I am beyond satisfied with the service!

Mark Walter assessed the job accurately and with precision before he completed any work. Then he professionally replace my toilet flange and ensured the toilet functioned properly before he finished the job. He displayed respect for my home and bathroom, and was careful to ensure cleanliness before he left. I would recommend him to anyone who has a plumbing problem. Very nice and knowledgeable. Loved how Stephanie tried troubleshooting over the phone but she still needed to come out. Had my furnace and AC installed all in one day they were efficient , and cleaned up nicely after the job was complete.
