Brad was called out in unbelievably cold snowy weather with a wind chill of -20 below to install a defective heat tape on my granddaughters mobile home. In just a matter of hours he had the job completed and within three hours of the job being completed she had flowing water. Brad set with me and explained what he had to do, parts he was going to install and what to expect after the job was completed. Thank you Brad, you are definitely an great asset to Blind and Sons. Jesus was wonderful. He's very personable and a happy tech. He explained things to me which was wonderful because I didn't quite understand everything and I appreciated him coming early instead of tomorrow he did a very good job and helped me with my filters that I had the wrong size and he explained that all to me and which ones were bad and which ones didn't fit and so he went out to his truck and got me the correct filter which was wonderful so I didn't have to go buy one or do anything else or he didn't need to come back I would definitely use Blind again for all my needs that they supply. He cleaned up after himself which not all techs due. I would take a picture of his work but not always technical friendly.

Called for emergency furnace issue. I was able to make appointment same day and Hershel was out within two hours. He explained problem thoroughly and made fixes in a timely manner. Highly recommend
