The technician who serviced my furnaces was knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and clean. He ensured that my furnaces were in fine working order and changed the filters. I stayed with him the entire time and asked plenty of questions. He answered all my questions and even added interesting facts about my heating systems. I appreciated his insights, respect and patience. Tom Marzulli is the technician and a fine representative of the Lakes Heating & Air Conditioning Company. Thank you.

Had a chance to try the new plumbing service from Lakes and was pleased with the result. Tom was my technician and he contacted me the day of the appointment regarding his arrival time, then called again when he was on the way. Upon arrival he got qright to work, checking on the cause of my leak and fixing the problem. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and I was charged just for the service call. Overall a good experience.
