I cannot say enough good things about this company and their service! They helped us a few years ago when we needed to have our AC unit removed to make room for a major foundation repair. They guided us through the process, stored and recharged the unit, and reinstalled when the ground was settled enough to support it. Because we were so happy with their work as well as with the amazing quality of their service, they were the only service we called this week when our AC stopped working in August. They did not disappoint! Jared H. was sent the same day I called for service. He was able to repair the unit during his visit, and helped us choose a very affordable maintenance program for both our AC and our furnace. He did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need, and he was SO courteous and knowledgeable! Echols HVAC offers true, old-school customer care and service, and everyone there is genuinely committed to providing the best possible solution for the customer. Thank you, Jared and everyone—I’m telling everyone I know to call you first!

Our annual furnace check-up was performed by Joziah. He did a great job - arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything he did. We were completely satisfied with the service.
