The installation of the tankless water heater was excellent. The installer, Josh, was outstanding. He paid attention to detail, knew the codes and worked 3 extra hours to complete the project in one day so we would have gas and water that evening. I certainly will recommend and use again.

Repair taken care of and Tim took the time to answer my questions. I would recommend this business. Hadn't used a plumber for some time and was surprised at the price but don't have anything to compare. Will trust that it is a customary price for 2026.

Service was good and no problems with the guys that showed up. Only thing is they should wear shoe covers when coming in and out. They got the job done it waas pricey for hydro and camera 800 dollars. Bit they did the job and thank you took about 2 hours.

I had a possible sewer blockage and called Plumbing 911 yesterday afternoon and they scheduled an appointment for first thing this morning. Brandon got here a little after 8:00 and did a very thorough job to determine the problem. I also elected to have him run a camera to make sure there wasn’t blockage on down the line. Everything turned out well and I know my line is in good condition. I have great peace of mind. The work and service were excellent. Brandon was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions including about future service I may want. I highly recommend Plumbing 911.

Tim was extremely professional, he was an excellent plumber, he explained everything as he was doing it, gave us options, and fixed what needed to be fixed. He was a great guy. He was excellent at his profession and knew exactly what we needed and was able to fix it quickly and efficiently! First time time in our new home needing a plumber, we would not call anyone else. We are extremely blessed and happy with Tim and the company as a whole.

Mr. Duncan was extremely courteous, respectful, professional, and extremely kind he found the leak fixed it at no cost stood here. Brandon Becker was courteous and knowledgeable re toilet anatomy. He worked efficiently to install a new tank apparatus to correct the water flow into the toilet bowel. He also replaced the floor flange to reseat the toilet properly as well as tightening the flush lever.

I am concerned that now the water in the bowl is not clear any more. Brandon had no solution to or cause for this tank water discoloration beyond speculation that it is the water in my area. However, I had clear water in the toilet bowel after every flush prior to the repair which Brandon saw himself before replacing the tank apparatus. He turned on the sink water. It was clear until it ran for a while and then it appeared discolored, though not to the degree the toilet bowl water is discolored. Again, the water was clear in both the sink and the toilet bowl prior to the repair.

I told him I will watch both the toilet bowl water and the sink water to see if the discoloration dissipates. If not, I will be back in touch with Plumbing 911as the discoloration occurred following the repair, not before.

I did call my water utility company to see if there might be something causing the discoloration on their end. None they are aware of, I was told.

Rob was very kind and efficient. He came in and fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. He was very thorough and made sure the drain was working properly before leaving. 10/10, highly recommend!

Called for service and an estimate on a big job. Jon showed up about 30 minutes after I called. Explained everything needed, price, process, and answered any questions regarding the estimate. Literally fixed the other issue in minutes to perfection! Very knowledgeable and friendly, would definitely recommend.

As a homeowner you know how frustrating things can be sometimes. We had a water pipe burst in our basement it only flooded a small area. We called them, we were happy with their service at that point, the communication was great, the plumbers name was Robert they even texted us a short bio on his experience which we thought was neat. Came in around 8:30am, he advised my husband that the pipe that bursted was one to the outside so he said he shut the valve to it, he proceeded to turn power supply on advising that the water was ok to run in the house now and that we would need do a repair but that at the moment it was too cold so we could wait until summer. All looked good we paid the $130. But after getting off work around 4:30pm we realized there was more water in the basement so we shut the water off we called them explained what happened and they set up an appt for the next day around noon. We had to buy shop vac to get all the water out which was a lot more than the first time it happened. We will have to pull out all the carpet now among other things. Then we get a call from the manager Brandy saying that we needed to pay $450 for a repair because that’s what the plumber had told us to do. We explained that’s not what he told us, the manager was immediately defensive saying the plumber had been working there for over 20 years. I want to make things clear, we were not rude whatsoever we expressed our frustration, there was no sense of urgency or concern on Brandys part we felt like she was calling us liars. We told her what Robert told my husband and she said “I don’t believe that”. I couldn’t believe it. She said she never gets calls about things like this especially with Robert so the whole time she’s just trying to justify not giving on drop of concern. We don’t want free work but we don’t believe we should pay the full price due the negligence on their part. She read the notes verbatim to us saying that we HAD to make repair in order to use the outside hose or faucets. Which we understand and we don’t need to use those right now as it’s been snowing and been in the single digits outside but they had told us the water was safe to run in the house. It just went from a great experience to a horrible one and there’s not one drop of accountability in their part.

Excellent service. Came out same day. I had a some damage done to an outside water spigot from work done on my siding. Josh replaced it and added a turn off valve in my basement for my water. He was very respectful and kind. Highly recommend their services.

Arya from Plumbing 911 arrived at our house on Sunday a half hour after we called. He found that we needed a new hot water heater and was back out first thing on Monday with all of the supplies he needed. I had a hot water tank leak in my laundry room, water was all over my floor, I called 911 plumbing and they were great, they were able to send out someone within 2 hours. I needed a new hot water tank , mine was 17 years old.. They installed it right away, very efficient and reasonable price. The gentleman who installed it was very nice, did great work. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs .

My bathroom sink was clogged and it wasn't an easy task. The clog was way way down the pipe and his 25 ft auger couldn't reach it. Jeff didn't give up. I mean he really worked hard to get my drain flowing again. He had to bring out the big guns, a longer but bigger auger to reach the clog. He warned me that potentially it can create damage to these old pipes because the auger was more forceful but it worked and my drain is good to go.

Jeff was very nice and professional and he left my bathroom like he was never there. As someone who has had to have things done in my house, cleaning up after repair work is really important . This is the first time I used Plumbing 911 and I was impressed.

Shane and his team from Plumbing 911 were absolutely amazing. We had several items pop up on a home inspection on a house we purchased and we wanted them taken care of before we moved in. Shane walked through the items mentioned and even found an issue that was missed in the inspection. He talked through how he would fix them, in detail. There were no high pressure tactics, just a thorough estimate and pricing was fair. Work was scheduled a few days later and completed without incident. Shane was also wonderfully patient with my 2 kiddos running around and wanting to play with him :) Will definitely have Plumbing 911 back again for future needs.

Josh was a very efficient worker. I did have to remind him to put shoe covers on. There was a big puddle around the area that he fixed. I would’ve thought they would’ve cleaned that up but I’m not sure what they’re supposed to do. I do appreciate when a contractor cleans up after themselves. We didn’t really find out the cause of the smell, but the house does smell better so hopefully whatever was done is enough to keep the smell of bay
