Wow, finally I have found a respected, trusted, and professional Appliance Repair company that goes above and beyond in every way one could hope!!! From our 1st phone call, Megan, was extremely helpful and kind, initiating our Service Request. She understood exactly what our concerns were regarding our Warranty company guidelines for our refrigerator. The Service Professional, Don, came out within 48 hours and was so thorough in helping us understand the issue, but also in submitting the specific details required by Warranty company. 5 out of 5 stars, and we will be recommending only them going forward!!!

Charles was great. He arrived on time, studied the problem, moved everything, took care of our floor and our fridge, fixed the issue and put everything back. Very knowledgeable and professional and pleasant. Five stars!

Don came out to fix our refrigerator. He knew exactly what was wrong immediately. Gave my wife a price for the part as well as the service. She said he was beyond professional, friendly, tidy and quick fixing the refrigerator. And he even double checked to make sure that there wasn’t anything else he could help with fixing while he was already there.
We will definitely be requesting Don for any future service calls.

Rusty and Mr Appliance were great at diagnosing the issue with my washer, ordering the right part and fixing it in timely manner.

Service was great! However, the service cost of 125 and the part cost with the total cost came to 417 +. I did not get same day service. So, I will move on to the next business for service.

We have used this company twice. Both time the fellows were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

20-year-old GE appliance in really good shape; just needed a replacement baking element. The part was ordered and in the technician's hands within 2 days of my call and it took only one short visit to repair. The technician was on time, friendly and professional. All he did was flip the switch and charged me 250.00. My switch was backwards up was off and down was on. I did not know this. I think if you are a woman in particular this is the last company I would hire. He had no problem taking advantage of me

The best people for appliance repairs hands down. The price was fair and the workmanship exemplary. They also worked with our schedule and made sure the same tech took care of us start to finish. Our tech, Don, felt like family. He wore booties the entire time, used a floor mat out our door and made sure no water got anywhere. He did a full diagnosis and unfortunately had to order a part. But no problem for this company. They scheduled Don to come back at our convenience and finish the job. Thank you for the great job 😃
