We are selling our home and upon inspection, the home inspector claimed we needed to rewire our entire house and replace our service entry cable. Mike came out the next day and evaluated the situation. He clarified that the service entry cable did not yet need to be replaced, and only our second floor needed rewiring. He told me he spent over an hour on the phone with our home's buyer explaining the situation, thereby helping the sale go smoothly.

Mike was able to fit in the work on a short timeline, stayed late and arrived early to get all the electrical work completed prior to our house appraisal.

He was prompt, courteous, explained things so we could understand easily.

After much research, we settled on Poirier Electric because of their responsiveness, price, and apparent knowledge of post-construction electrical work. They were able to accommodate our scheduling needs and their price was great compared to the others we contacted. Don't let the reasonable prices fool you. You will receive top-rated, top-shelf service and work. We had ceiling lights and fans installed in two rooms, one of which had easy access into the ceiling. We also had new outlets installed in the kitchen for convenience. Michael and his assistant were completely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, supportive, and efficient. They showed up with everything they needed to complete all of the work (all professional grade tools and equipment). They went above what we expected. We could not have asked for a more professional team. The work was done quickly (everything completed in one day), all areas completely cleaned, and it is impossible to tell that the work wasn't part of the original construction, other than the rooms are brighter and cooler :). We would highly recommend them for any electrical work you need.

Mike was absolutely incredible to work with! He responded quickly, was so kind and honest right up front. With over 30 years experience, he will get the job done right and quickly. His quote was very reasonable and he stuck to it. We used him as a second opinion from a big box store electrician company and we're SO glad we did! Never called back with an update on when someone would come out to give me a quote on installing cameras.

I did not use their service but I did call them to get an estimate on a project I was working on and I did appreciate the promptness of them getting answers for me from their technicians and calling me back. But I ended up going with the outfit that was recommended to me through the store which I bought my hot tub. But they seemed very informative and very helpful
