DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER... THEY SET ME UP ON AUTOPAY THEN KEPT CHARGING ME FOR CUTS THEY DIDNT DO. THEN THEY CHARGED THE WRONG CARD AND I REMOVED IT BECAUSE THEY KEPT EXTRA CHARGING ME. I DIDNT PAY BECAUSE THEIR SYẞTEM CHARGING THE WRONG CARD . SO THEY STARTED TO CHARGE THE MY OTHER CARD I REMOVED . THEN THEN HE DIDNT CUT THE GRASS ON THE NEXT WEEK. I DIDNT EVEN KNOW THE CARD DIDNT LET HIM CHARGE IT SO I CALLED HIM AND SAID YOU DIDNT CUT MY GRASS HE LIED AND SAID IT WAS HIS EMPLOYEES FAULT AND THEN SAID YOU OWE 2 WEEKS SO I PAID THEM. NEXT HE TRIED TAKING MORE MONEY IFF MY CARD AND THEN SAID NOW YOU OWE ANOTHER WEEK..I SAID NO I DONT. WE THEN TRIED TO CALL,EMAIL AND NESSAGE HIM AND HE IGNORED US. THEN WE CALLED ON THE 4TH TIME HE ANSWERED BEING CONFRONTATIONAL AND THREW A TANTRUM AND ALL WE WANTED TO DO IS PAY THIS OFF. SO FINALLY I CANCELLED HIM ALL TOGETHER. HE THEN SENT A MESSAGE TO MY LANDLORD MAKING A THREAT THAT WE OWED HIM 26.00 AND I SAID NO WE DONT. THEN I PAID IT. ALL THIS TIME I PAID AND WANTED TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES BUT TED NEVER COMMUNICATES AND NEEDS TO CONTROL HIS TEMPER.

THIS GUY LIES, THEN WHEN A INVOICE FALLS DELINQUENT HE DOESN'T EVEN LET YOU KNOW UNTIL HE STOPS CUTTING YOUR GRASS AND THEN YOU REALIZE SOMETHING'S GOING ON YOU DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT AND THEN TRIES TO ACCUSE YOU OF BASICALLY NOT WANTING TO PAY YOUR BILLS WHEN IN FACT ALL WE WANTED TO DO WAS RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND PAY OFF OUR BILLS THE PROBLEM WE HAD IS THAT WE WERE NOT GOING TO PAY EXTRA FOR BILLS THAT WE'VE ALREADY PAID FOR AND THAT'S WHERE THE PROBLEM LIED IS HE KEPT TRYING TO CHARGE US FOR BILLS WE ALREADY PAID FOR HE WILL SAY THAT HIS SYSTEM IS RIGHT AND OUR BANK IS WRONG THAT'S WHAT HE TOLD US AND I'M SORRY BUT I BELIEVE MY BANK WHO IS A MULTIPLE CORPORATION OVER SOME GUY THAT HAS HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS AT ALL AND ONE FINAL COMMENT HE CUTS THE GRASS FOR OIR MOBILE HOME PARK AND WHAT WE DO IS SEPARATE FROM THEM FOR GETTING OUR GRASS CUT SO FOR HIM TO GO TO OUR LANDLORD AND TWIST OUR WORDS AROUND OF COURSE MAKE LIES IS JUST UNCALLED FOR VERY UNPROFESSIONAL LIKE I SAID NEVER USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY THREE OR FOUR TIMES THE AMOUNT YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO.

Great reliable lawn mowing and landscape service.

Project was completed very quickly (1 1/2 days) for the amount of work that was required. Not only did a major size stump have to be removed before the start of the project but the ground had to be leveled for the 16’ x 15’ paver area. Then the fire pit had to be assembled as well.

Shout out to Ted and his guy they did amazing work in our yard! If you need your grass mowed mulch or flowers he’s your guy we will not use anybody else except for him hands down the best!!

I had business out of town, do my family joined me from June to August 2022 and thought I had lawn mowing service covered. When we returned to our house, we had disgusting, jungle-height grass in our front and back yard.

After calling over twenty "businesses," Ted responded to our inquiry promptly on Friday and on Saturday had Vince over to clear our Amazonian lawn. Vince was diligent and went above and beyond our expectations of service. He listened to our requests and did everything from our award-winning drainage area to our weeded flowerbed.

Workers are Irresponsible with their belongings while they are on the highway. They had things falling off their vehicle and refused to pull over. Even when multiple people are telling them to pull over. Over all unsafe conditions.

These people are spectacular. During the estimating and scheduling process Ted kept us continually informed.

The team did a great job and left the area cleaner than they found it.

Not a good company. They will over charge you. These positive ratings must be friends they know because real customers know they are terrible in every way charging me on auto pay twice what I've paid. BTW I refuse to use my real name because the owner retaliates with not liking that customers are not happy with being charged extra and they only show up once every few weeks but got charged for 4 weeks even though they cut my grass twice. It's all just shady to me and will never use them again. BTW the owner has an attitude instead of fixing the issue he trys to argue he's right always. That's not how you do business sir......

It’s hard for my husband to hire out he never does it unless it’s needed. So to let someone do the landscaping (new mulching, weeding & added more rocks)this year wasn’t easy to choose however we couldn’t have had a better experience with Clermont Lawn and Landscape Service! They were prompt, professional, quick & even took our trash cans in from the curb 👏 They cleaned up the whole area to perfection. Ted the owner was easy to work with. Highly recommend! They service the tri-state area! 🌳

After recent pruning and planting, our yard looks OUTSTANDING! Working with Ted and his team is easy! They are thorough and efficient without cutting corners. Ted is willing to offer suggestions for plants and their placement, but only after asking “what do you want?” All is completed with great pricing. His regular mowing and upkeep service is also the BEST!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. At first, they'll seem great, but it is all a weirdly manipulative facade. They sell you on their service, but then change the rules. We were loyal customers for 9 years, then, they changed what types of weeds are included in their lawn service. For a particular weed (nutsedge, which until last year had been controlled in our lawn by this same service), they decided to start charging extra, telling us that their normal weed control juice does not kill nutsedge (it does). THEN, we literally watched service tech spray our lawn INTENTIONALLY AVOIDING THE AREAS AFFECTED BY NUTSEDGE. This in itself didn't lead me to post a negative review, but it did lead me to cancelling the service. Only they didn't cancel the service. Now they've started up again and refuse to refund the charges for this new season even though we canceled last may. All the other reviews look positive? Of course... They deleted my negative review on another site within an hour or two of posting. So not only are their business practices questionable, they also "polish" their reviews, their Facebook page, and who knows what else so that everything looks pretty and shiny. They were great until they weren't. Once you have a dispute with them, customer service goes from kind and nice to nasty venom. Beware, no matter how good Royse seems at first.
