Complained about cutting my grass too much. Was overwhelmed with details like don’t leave the gate open to let my dogs out and the owner expected my back yard to be maintained like a park....NO POOP. I have 3 dogs that’s a Kroger bag chuck full per week. Just try calling him....he will start complaining about you giving him business right away.

We hired Neff to do a bunch of weeding and landscaping at our house. They used a strong weed killer to kill our weeds, which I approved, but about three days after they left, three large bushes in those beds died. And I mean died...all their leaves instantly dropped and they were down to only branches. When my husband called to let them know of the issue, it took ten days to get a response at all and a second phone call. They came and looked at them and told us that the bushes were just old.

Those bushes were planted two Springs ago and were very small at the time. They weren't old...they were sprayed with massive amounts of weed killer and Neff will not replace them. The only reason that I gave them two stars is because the completed the rest of the work. Not well, communication was slow, but they did the work.

Fast, easy, friendly, priced fairly. I ordered mulch one day, got it a couple days later and they delivered it when and where I needed it. I will buy from them next year!

Great Place! Been going here for several years now. Employees are friendly and very knowledgeable/helpful. A great selection of plants etc.

I used them on a few times and they would cut my yard halfway and charge me twice. They did a poor job and showed up when they wanted and sometimes charge me with nothing done. So I dropped them immediately after I figured out they basically were charging me double the price and when they did cut my grass it was not all the way cut . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM… DO NOT USE…

I'm clueless when it comes to landscaping, but wanted to make my garden look nice last summer so I came in and showed them my yard and got lots of help with picking out stuff that would work well for me.

Over the past year some of the stuff died. Anita came out to my house to see what my issues were and took care of me; replacing the plants for free.

Appreciate the help up front, and after the fact when I had issues. Will definitely go back for all my landscaping needs.

Wonderful customer service! I’ve shared pictures of my areas I would like to plant and they gave me great recommendations. Definitely worth the money if you care about your landscaping.

Great, family-run business in the Eastgate area - it's too easy to drive by the relatively unassuming location on Old 74 but they are friendly, engaging and prioritize customer service. Pricing is competitive and the selection is quite good, but I keep going back for the people: they go out of their way to help contractors and the general public alike and you'll quickly feel like family regardless of your background, expertise or budget. I highly recommend them for the weekend DIY-er or even the professional in need of mulch, etc.

Spent over $800 dollars with them, $300 on one tree. Asked specifically at time of purchase what the warranty was and was told it is 1 year with proper care. Tree died and I called about a replacement and now they say no warranty. This is a terrible way for a local company to do business. I highly suggest you walk across the street to Louiso’s and pay a little more for better service and a reputable product.

Great service and communication. Have been using Neffs for past 10+ years for lawn service and plants. Always great service and products. Charlie and Anita have been great for our community and prices cannot be beat for price and quality. Their crew threw a rock that shattered one of our sliding doors on their first time cutting about 10 years ago and they had it replaced within a day or two. Honest and timely. I wouldn't trust my lawn with anyone else.

Excellent service, couldn't have asked for anything more. Started the landscape entirely over and went to Neff's for assistance - I'm a big backer for locally owned businesses. There's more to come with this landscape, but I told the lady what my budget was and she made it happen. You don't get this kind of service at Lowe's or Home Depot... I'll definitely be back :)

Alex's crew did a beautiful job doing a spring cleanup and putting down mulch. And it was during cold and wind. They were amazing.
