Today, Kevin and his team took down an extremely tall locust tree with multiple sections to it. It was next to a detached building so it was a tricky takedown due to the height. Having hired many tree removal companies over the years and not being too impressed with most for various reasons, I am very happy to say that Anstaett Tree was the exact opposite! Kevin the owner came out the very day I called about the work to give us an estimate and even came back to strap the tree so that it wouldn’t fall before they got to the work. It kept it safe with all the rain and winds until removal day. Kevin also provided the workers comp and liability coverages along with the estimate for the work. No BS with these guys. They arrived on schedule the morning of the job with no excuses. They are very careful with the lawn and used boards to protect it. Kevin climbed right up the tree with his Go Pro camera on his helmet to record the work he was doing. How cool is that for a tree company! They have very nice equipment and everything went off without a hitch. If you need tree work don’t mess around with all the others. In today's business environment it's refreshing to find a company and owner who cares as much about reputation and customer service as Kevin Anstaett. We contacted Anstaett Tree Service to perform major surgery on a large maple tree and remove an oak tree along with a number of smaller trees. The weather on the day that we scheduled the work did not cooperate. It is December after all. Kevin was in contact regularly to keep us informed as to when we would get the work done. Communication is, among other things, something Kevin is very good at. After a short couple day delay Kevin and his crew arrived with clean, well-maintained equipment and all of the proper equipment to perform the work efficiently and safely.
The ground that day was wet from recent snows. Kevin brought panels to lay out to drive his equipment over so as not to damage our yard. Kevin and his crew clearly have all the knowledge needed to do this work.
Speaking of his crew, they were friendly, courteous, and hard working.
When the heavy tree work was over it was time to clean up.
I think they left our yard cleaner than it was when they arrived.

Kevin and his crew came out to take down 4 large maples and 1 even larger tree. All were possibilities of landing on our house. They arrived promptly when they said they would and piled the wood and brush in nice neat piles for us to cut up and burn at our convenience. Today we had a huge tree cut down by Anstaetts. They were very professional, did a great job and cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend them, awesome job done by all of them.

Anstaett’s process was transparent from start to finish. Got proof of their insurance and workers’ comp certificate without having to ask for it. As a certified arborist, Kevin Anstaett is super knowledgeable about timing of trimming and how much to trim. Kevin visited and provided a written quote (the best of 3 we sought). One tree had snapped in half (leaving 30’ high remains!) during a storm and was dead— the trunk was nearly 4’ in diameter. And it was within 4’ of the house! The other tree, healthy, had limbs hanging over the roof and needed to be thoughtfully trimmed so as not to kill the tree. The crew worked to fell that big tree and we opted to get rid of the leftover branches ourselves. But they surprised me with stacking it all in one spot then breaking out a big blower and blowing all the twigs & bark out of the yard! 💕 I recommend Anstaett’s Tree Service without hesitation.

I had two dead locus and two very large base rotted dead Ash trees that I was extremely scracered to even mow around much less wanted to try to attempt taking them down myself with my garage, road and powerlines all a factor. So I hired a professional and Glad I did. These guys came out assessed the job made a very affordable quote. Explained everything then scheduled a day to be here. They showed up on time they safely brought all four trees down as a team and crew who knows what they are doing. I Highly Recommend!

Kevin and his crew did an AWESOME and Very PROFESSIONAL job removing 2 very large silver maple trees and 3 dog legs on lower limbs of 2 white pines. They were prompt and courteous and did everything that I had asked to be completed and went above and beyond with raking and meticulous cleanup! Both maples were along the fence line with the neighboring home on each side of the fence by each maple. They were very careful and brought all the limbs down with precise and accurate detail. They got so much accomplished in a short amount of time yet with all the detail that you would expect by professionals which they are! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future if I have additional tree work that needs done. Awesome engagement. We had two huge ash next to the house that borers got to while we were away. The neighbor was having these guys out for some work and I asked Kevin to come over and give an estimate. He did more than that. Gave me an estimate and fit me in same day. I got lucky. These guys are busy and it’s easy to see why. Very knowledgeable and professional. I will have them out again

We had a date in march but Thankfully I had my trees trimmed in December they were able to fit us in early. I live in a subdivision and I have 3 massive trees surrounding my house with many encroaching limbs coming towards my house in every direction and one house crushing limb on the back side of my home. They showed up when they said they would and got to work. They went through my trees selecting specific limbs and combed through some of the vegetation to allow wind to pass through. These Guys Are Great. They did a fantastic job. I felt Safe the whole time wasn’t even worried. The owner dose Fair Honest Business at a Reasonable Price. Can’t recommend it enough. Even let me keep the wood chips had them drop it in my drive.

I've had Anstaett's out to my property more than once. First time a neighbor's tree fell on top of my propane tank. Fire Dept advised i get a tree service with a crane to most safely remove it. They didn't have to, but they also removed the part of the tree that fell in the neighbor's yard too, after they got it off my tank. The whole job was done in record time and there wasn't a trace of a mess when they left.
So when my homeowners insurance insisted i have some large limbs removed from giant oak trees overhanging my garage, i called Anstaett's again. Once again, they responded immediately to my request for an estimate and gave me a very reasonable price. This was a big job and no part of it was covered by insurance. They called ahead, arrived a little before the time agreed to and set right to work. I watched them and their equipment work around the yard. They stayed focused and got the job done in about six hours. They climbed and trimmed four 40-60 ft trees, cut down two 30-40 ft trees, and removed a half dozen stumps. Their equipment is the absolute best for the job. They were 110% professional and i'd call them back in a minute.

I had a large maple tree that was in decay and risked falling into the house. Kevin and his crew arrived as scheduled and did a great job removing it. I'll recommend these guys to everyone I know needing work! Very professional and caring! We had one tree uproot and fall which uprooted a tree next to it causing it to lean directly towards our house. Most people wouldn't even mess with it bc it was a huge risk (over 100 feet tall and huge in diameter). Not only did they not walk away from it, they did it in the dark, on a friday night until almost 1:30 in the morning! Top notch service! We are forever grateful for them saving our home!

Wow! All I can say is that Kevin came to my property within an hour of me requesting a free quote and wanted to get it done in a month or sooner. Not even 24 hours later, he had time to remove trees and stumps. He and his team completed everything in just over an hour. They also cleaned up everything in my yard and didn't leave a mess from my front yard to the backyard. They are so quick and very professional. We are truly happy to have hired him, and I highly recommend him. I will definitely hire him again in the near future.
