I just had Pierce Plumbing install a sump pump at my house and couldn't be happier. The technician, Luke was knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely matter.The whole experience with them from the office to the service was top notch!!! The price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend Pierce Plumbing !

I had a custom home built about 1.5 years ago and Pierce did all the plumbing in the house. We started exploring having the basement finished and noticed the gas line installed during construction was put in at an odd place. It was fully functional where it had been put, just not in the best spot for maximizing the high ceilings the basement was designed to have when finished. I reached out to Pierce to get a quote to have the gas line moved closer to the main beam where the rest of the utilities had been installed, fully expecting to pay for the service. Boy was I surprised when John and Anita wrote me back and said they were surprised one of their guys had put the gas line where it was when the house was built and that they would move it for no charge. The crew arrived on time, was super polite, efficient, and clean. They wore their masks inside the house and made sure I was satisfied with the work. True gentleman and extremely customer focused. I will definitely use Pierce for my future plumbing needs and also recommend them to friends and family. I am grateful for the kind gesture and great service to move the gas line for me. I had them run a gas line to my pool heater. I had called a few places for quotes, one place was a little cheaper, but I was concerned with knowledge of the salesperson. I also called one of the larger companies around, they came up and quoted me a crazy amount, like second mortgage worthy. I called Pierce, they came out quick for a quote, were reasonable and the work looks A+. 100% would recommend.

Over the weekend, I needed help during my master bathroom remodel, which required the water to be shut off a couple of times. This ended up stirring up debris in the pipes and caused the toilet overflow valve in my hallway bathroom to clog. The office staff was very responsive and got me scheduled quickly.
