The Johnson Chimney Company did a fantastic job with air duct cleaning services and dryer vent cleaning services. Fireplace chimney cleaning and chimney repair services were excellent. Mold cleaning services improved conditions.

I had signed up with Wilson Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric Home care plan, where they come out in Spring and fall to do annual cleanup for the A/C unit and then the furnace for winter season. If you forget to do your furnace or A/C maintenance, no worries, they will do this automatically. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable.

We had Adam come and do our HVAC maintenance check. He was thorough and checked everything. He told us and wrote up his findings and recommendations for better running of our furnace. There was no pressure to make any immediate decision. Then, in response to my question about my cold upstairs bedroom, he checked the furnace "shutter"(or some such thing) and then went upstairs and fixed it so that after two years in this house I have heat!! Thank you!!

David and Dillion did a fantastic job installing a water pressure valve, water pipes and shut off valves. They were both professional and knowledgeable. Before they began they explained what they were going to do. They were timely ,cleaned up and everything was explained to my satisfaction. They took great care to make sure I understood how to operate all the features installed before they left.

Really should be a 3.5 star. Once they actually got there and provided the service for grease trap pumping they were great. Took until the 4th try for that to happen though. First time they rescheduled, 2nd time they didn’t bring the correct equipment (despite being provided with detailed notes), 3rd time only brought one tech when they needed two. 4th time was successful and a fair price.

My wife and I could not rate a contractor any higher, nor could we be more satisfied with anyone's performance. The electrical work performed by Wilson's electricians – Alan and Hunter – was beyond first-rate. And Travis's representation was equally outstanding. We will not hesitate to call on them in the future and will recommend Wilson to everyone.

Had a great experience today with Brian Hughes who diagnosed the issue with my furnace, explained the risks and benefits of my different options for repair/replacement, answered my questions thoroughly, and ultimately walked me through choosing a great new central AC + furnace and Healthy Home membership. Wilson also has nice payment plan options available for big purchases like this. I'd definitely recommend!

The technician,Brian Hughes, was ahead of the schedule and came earlier than expected and finished the job on time. He was attentive to my needs, and explained all the details regarding any issues found in my furnace. He was honest, and gave me the best recommendations for maintenance. I’ll keep using Wilson Plumbing services in the future.

As a Field Technician at Wilson, Brandon was superb! He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, courteous, and technically competent. He defined the issues, the considerations, and the proposed solutions, and fully justified the approach! Jimmy was thorough and patient. He had to purchase a tool to do the repair. He had to travel for 30 minutes each way to get it. He then contacted a more experienced HVAC employee to confirm how to do the work. Long call. Perfect job. Clean and tidy and much appreciated!!

My experience with Wilson hvac was very good Yovel. Admitted he was a novice, however, when he was unsure about issues he would call to get expert help. He also explained potential issues as he progressed.
I ordered and paid for parts that’s were of wear.
My experience with Brad was also very good this was a follow up due to not having heat the next day after maintenance visit. Brad installed parts that’s were ordered a capacitor and a inducer. It did not take him long to install the two parts. He was efficient and quick.

The service was great,as usual. Cole Dominic, and Ryan were very professional and prompt. They explained what was going to be done. When all was done, Ryan walked me through the maintenance schedule of my furnace . Cole set up my thermostat, Ryan walked me through the settings, and Ryan gave me maintenance suggestions for my account unit . Great experience!

Yovel did an excellent job with the furnace maintenance. He took time to explain the system and recommended settings for this coming winter season.

Yovel G came out to replace a part in my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and honest about what I should do. I didn’t feel like he was just trying to tell me anything to get more money out of me which I appreciate he suggested what should be fixed to keep my furnace working properly. He was very thorough which I greatly appreciate it. Also, he honored my request for him to come out and be the one to do the replacement which was nice.

We had a furnace installed by Central HVAC, and it never worked correctly. We called Wilson Plumbing, Heating, cooling and electric and Scheduled an appointment for later that day. The technician, Yovel arrived promptly for the appointment. He methodically checked out everything and finally found the cause of the problem. He fixed the problem and we’ve had no further difficulties. Yovel was thorough, personable and explained everything. I would highly recommend Wilson to anyone that has furnace problems.

Technicians and staff are always friendly and down-to-earth. They do thorough inspections and are honest with their assessments. We do the subscription because it's a good value for all the maintenance services you receive throughout the year. One year I tried a different company, was told by that other company that we needed $2k in repairs, so I had Wilson co. come back for a second opinion and they saved me all that money! So I'm sticking with Wilson :)
