Reviews of local pros in Beachwood, Ohio

We are very happy with the results of our house power washing by Tsunami! Very easy to communicate with the company to receive a quote. They were quick to replay and set up an appointment. We have plans to ask them back to do some brick patio cleaning. Highly recommend!

Very happy I hired Tsunami! Had gotten many quotes for pressure washing but always thought they were outrageous. My quote was super reasonable and the results were outstanding! My only regret….not finding them a few years ago!!

My house and my driveway
Needed a wash and my drive way was black
I was put of town when Dwayne washed my house and driveway. When I came home I could not believe the difference.
My house is blinking white and my driveway looks brand new. Excellent job very clean and professional
Dwayne did such a great .
I was a little worried about my landscaping in front of my house. I spent almost 1000.00 dollars on 3 trees and he completely did an amazing job. I will be calling him again. Thanks again.

Dwaun and his son are the absolute BEST! They respond immediately, get me scheduled within a week and have made two homes of mine look beautiful. I used their service for deck cleaning, house and driveway power washing. Highly highly recommend them for any job!

I had a fantastic experience with Tsunami Softwash! From the start, their communication was excellent — quick responses and clear info made scheduling fast and easy. The owner himself showed up to do the work along with another crew member, and both were incredibly professional and pleasant to work with.

They soft washed the entire house, front patio, sidewalks, and driveway, and everything looks amazing. You can really tell they take pride in their work. On top of that, their pricing was very competitive for the high quality of service. I would absolutely recommend Tsunami Softwash and will be using them again in the future!

I could not recommend them more! Super friendly, great communication, great price, and excellent work! I never realized how dirty our house was until they cleaned it! I will definitely be calling them again when needed :)

Great Job!! After working with me to reschedule while I tried to complete other projects outside first, D'Waun continued to be friendly and professional, called with an eta and he & his son Isaac, showed up right on time with commercial equipment and did a beautiful job on all my concrete. Four different areas needed cleaned up (never had been done professionally) and they got my driveways and patois looking brand new in waaay less time than I could have done for a reasonable price that made it worth not trying to do on my own. Would definitely use again and recommend for pressure washing work.

Amazing service and communication. You can’t beat the price they offer. Our house siding and walkway look brand new! I will recommend Tsunami to all my clients, friends and family.

As a repeat customer I’m still impressed with the quality of service and price point provided by Tsunami Softwash Pro. If you need pressure washing in Medina they are the real deal. Our driveway and siding came out looking like new. The work was done professionally and on time, and with great attention to detail. It’s rare to find a company that shows up, does the job right, and at a fair price. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This father son team is a solid yes for anyone in Medina looking for exterior cleaning.

We have had staffing issues since Covid. Casinos never close and keeping up with the cleanliness of our facility seemed impossible. We hired ServiceMaster Beachwood and they have exceeded our expectations. Huge shout out to their staff who are always so professional. Highly Recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service Master- Beachwood does an amazing job keeping the dental office I manage clean. The rooms and all of our machines are always disinfect and clean for our clients. Top tier service.

Renee and her team are absolutely amazing! We called ServiceMaster after we have had less than great janitorial service in our staffing agency office. Renee's team takes pride in their work, she even checked in on our satisfaction multiple times the last few months. We highly recommend Renee and ServiceMaster.

The Johnson Chimney Company did a fantastic job with air duct cleaning services and dryer vent cleaning services. Fireplace chimney cleaning and chimney repair services were excellent. Mold cleaning services improved conditions.
