We have been working with Ray for our flooring in the whole house and he has been wonderful. Not pushy but cares about making sure we get what we want and the best product for our budget. Our project is growing and we are learning the Calvetta does kitchens and baths and painting too! Karen is now helping us with that part. Their quality and service is comforting. We haven't even gotten to the buying part yet. We are still getting quotes but I can't imagine an outcome that doesn't include Calvetta. I feel like I can trust them and the job they will do for us. You only have to have one bad installation experience to know what I am talking about and why trust is so important. I am super excited to work with them.

We had a bathroom floor and new carpet installed. Both of the installation teams were effective and efficient and provided excellent results. We worked with Austin to help us through the selection process and he is great to work with! We’re very pleased we chose Calvetta Bros Floor Show!

Contracted with them to do a luxury vinyl job for our kitchen, kitchen pantry, two steps, sid, door landing, and half bath. Took a little over day to complete. We did have two issues after the work was completed. #1, Wrong toe kick color was installed. #2, Baseboard molding was not completed satisfactory. They were very willing to make it right. Scheduled a day where they came out and corrected both issues.

Note: the two national flooring companies we got quotes from wanted 100% payment in full before they start any work. Calvetta Brothers only want the traditional 50% to start work. Their price was very competitive to the nationals.

We purchased from Calvetta Brothers for two recent jobs and would highly recommend them for anyone that is considering flooring for their home. We purchased carpeting for our upstairs, luxury vinyl plank for our home office, and luxury vinyl plank for our kitchen. Pricing was reasonable, quality of materials is excellent, and Calvetta was very responsive to any questions or special requests that we had. In addition, Calvetta Brothers integrity was evident based on their quick follow up for the inevitable very minor repairs necessary for both jobs.

Got my new engineered wood floors plus a couple custom rugs from Calvetta Bros. I took a lot of time looking at my options and probably had ALL of the Calvettas helping me at some point in time, starting with Austin coming to my home to measure and discuss my lifestyle to help me determine the quality of flooring that I needed. While in their shop, they went out of their way to discuss less expensive options like vinyl flooring, just to make sure I was fully aware of the benefits of each flooring type. Installers were pleasant and professional and I never doubted that they knew what they were doing. Will absolutely use them again and refer my clients to them.

Our first experience with Calvetta Brothers and it was great. Ray in the showroom was professional, very helpful and understanding of our needs. Setting up the appt for installation, again the person I spoke with was professional. The guys who did the installation were prompt, professional, did a really nice job with the installation, They took pride in their work!! And did a nice job on cleaning up at the end. The whole experience was really good, everything went as planned! We'll definitely return with our next flooring project.

Calvetta Bros. has been our go to place for carpet installation for many many years. Last year we were thinking about a bathroom remodel and we sought out the design team at Calvetta's...and it was the best decision we ever made!! Our new bathroom is a dream come true!! From the design team, available choices of materials, and the contractors our experience was great. We continue to gets compliments on the beautiful design. Don't hesitate to call them for your next project.

I am very pleased with my new kitchen floor from Calvetta Bros. It looks terrific. The sales experience was a pleasure. Chad worked with me answering my myriad of questions. The fact that I was able to take home samples made everything easier.

The salesman said that he forwarded my emails about this situation to the installation department. I have yet to hear from them.

I highly suggest that you find out exactly who is going to be doing your installation and talk to other customers that have had that installation team. From other reviews, it appears that there are some excellent ones.

I was having a tile floor removed and replaced with Luxury Vinyl Plank. I was told the process would take two days, at worst two and a half days. The whole process took five working days.

I was told to expect the work to start between 8 and 10 in the morning. On the very first day, I received a call that the installer would not be able to come until 1:30. I said that was unacceptable. He came out at about 10:30.

He said he did not have time the night before to read the work order so he did not have with him the tools he needed to pull up the old tile flooring. He did not even have tape to put the plastic sheeting needed in order to keep the dust out of the rest of the house. He removed the baseboards and left saying that his knees are bad after all these years and he can't work more than five hours each day.

The next day he sent someone else and I finally saw progress. After the fourth day, I received a call asking me to pay the remainder of my bill since the installer reported that the job was finished. It certainly was not.

I wish I had been told to cover my cabinets. I had removed everything from the counters but that didn't really help. The plastic the installer put up was practically useless. It didn't seem to be put up correctly. The dust permeated everything in the kitchen, dining, and living rooms.

When the job was actually finished the installer commented on how well my cabinets closed since there was hardly any dust inside them. That comment was not at all appreciated since I still had to wash every single item in every cabinet.

My sister in law used Calvetta Bros several times in the past and highly recommended them. So two years ago I gave them a nightmare of a job to come ... move furniture out of bedroom, take out 35 year old carpet and padding and put new carpet in ... including three tiny closets. They did a great job. Fabulous actually.

This year we did an addition and my contractor wanted to use "his" carpet person and I said "NO" . I will go with Calvetta Bros. And I did ... and once again they did a terrific job. High quality carpet, fast service, nice people. Jason C. was my guy both times and he was great! All good. X++

Recently we had both carpeting and vinyl plank flooring installed in our house by Calvetta Brothers. We are very satisfied with the work of the workers and the final look of the product. Calvetta Brothers personnel were great to work with and ready to answer all my questions. The rooms look great and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again for any future flooring jobs.

I replaced all of the flooring in my condo. I selected LVP for all of the condo, except for having carpet installed in the two bedrooms. From the time I entered the showroom on Miles Rd. and met with Austin, scheduling the work, to making the final payment on the job, every person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. There were plenty of flooring options for me to choose from within my project budget. I absolutely love the selections I made. The installers for both the LVP and carpet (separate crews) were great to work with. They were efficient and very respectful of my home. The removal of the existing wood floor, which had been glued down, was very difficult but the crew did the job without complaint. While there was the expected construction dust to clean up, both crews did a great job removing the existing flooring and taking away the debris. I recommend Calvetta Brothers to anyone undertaking a flooring project. They are the best!!

The floors are nice but the customer service was terrible. Several years ago, (before Covid), we had new flooring installed throughout the entire first floor of our home; tile in the laundry room and solid hardwood everywhere else. After less than a year, a couple of the hardwood boards were splintering. I called and was told they would take care of it and someone would be out to take a look. A few days before they were scheduled to arrive, they cancelled, saying they were very busy and would call when things slowed down. After 6 months, when I hadn’t heard back, I called and left a message. No response. I called a number of times thereafter, leaving messages but never hearing back from anyone. Then Covid hit, and I let it go. A couple of years ago, I saw 2 Calvetta Brothers representatives at the Home & Garden Show. I explained my situation, they took my name and contact information and assured me they would look into it. I’m still waiting…

Calvetta Bros. has delivered consistently for our property management company throughout 2019. We will continue to utilize their services for future projects because we enjoy working with their staff, and the prices are great. Special shout out to Ray in the MIles location. Thank you !

I had a deluxe vinyl floor put in my kitchen about 8 years ago, and it's been great. But recently, when cleaning, I found a crack in the corner of a landing step that was installed as one piece and bent around the corner. I didn't remember if it was guaranteed or not, or if so, how long the guarantee was. I called the office, and they had my information on file and said they'd send a repairman out. He told me they pretty much warranty everything unless they think it was abuse that caused the trouble. The problem was, they don't make that same floor anymore, and there is a design to match. I had extra stored in my garage, but it was rolled and flattened. When unrolled, it had waves in it. So he took it back to the warehouse and laid it out on a flat surface where it was hot. Unfortunately, he couldn't get the Kinks out of it. But he tried. And then he came up with another plan that was acceptable to me but cost him a lot more work. In the end, it was fine, and I felt I needed to sing his praises in this review. As far as Im concerned, he found a way to make a good-looking repair, but it cost him a lot of extra work. But he and the Calvetta Brothers kept this customer very happy! If you're thinking about a floor, you need to see these guys.

I had luxury vinyl installed in three of my bedrooms. Installers Tyler and Ray were very courteous and installed all three bedrooms in a timely manner, cleaning all areas afterward. The entire process working with Calvetta in choosing the flooring, scheduling and installment was great. Have recommended them to family members looking to have new flooring in the future.

I have used Calvetta Bros. twice. Jeremy was my installer and he did a fantastic job. We had luxury vinyl tile installed throughout our upstairs and our main staircase. I couldn't be more pleased with everyone that I dealt with there. I highly recommend them!

Today we had a kitchen flooring installation from Calvetta Brothers and couldn't be more pleased! Our installers Mark and Ronnie were simply wonderful. Both respectful and professional and so competent! Mark is a Master Craftsman and handled our installation with ease and care. So hard working! We are so pleased. We feel like we have a new kitchen. The selection is very nice. They have pleasant and helpful salespeople. They helped me pick out a new kitchen floor. Their installation crew was prompt, polite, and professional! They worked hard for 2 days and did an excellent job! They cleaned up all dust, dirt, and scraps when they finished. The floor looks great! I'm very happy with the job, and I would highly recommend Calvetta Bros. Flooring!

Calvetta Bros is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with in terms of home improvement. The process from beginning to end was smooth and painless. We had a gorgeous tile laid on our back porch and a custom cut outdoor rug that has been gorgeous all summer. But the jewel in the crown was the hardwood floor project that we did throughput our 5000 square-foot property. We chose a beautiful white oak floor real hardwood that was installed beautifully by Milton and his team. We were away for the two weeks when this project was taking place. Milton sent us photos every day at 4 PM of the progress on the property. Who does that? Amazing! Lance and his team and again I cannot say enough about Milton and his team. They are incredible. Could not recommend more.

If you are looking to update your home, this is the family to call. My experience from walking into the showroom to putting my furniture back in place was a very great one. Kevin at the Miles Rd location helped me choose the hardwood. Another(sorry don't remember her name)helped me with my carpet choice. Then the scheduler called. I asked if I could wait a few months for installation and he said no problem! They worked with me. Mike and Chris were the installers. The job they did was amazing. Thanks to all the Calvetta family!
