My furnace went out on what seemed like the coldest day of winter.  Reliable Climate Control squeezed me in and came out after hours and quickly diagnosed the problem.  They didn't have the specific part for my furnace and couldn't get it that late at night. They returned the next day, replaced the part and my furnace fired up. No issue ever since. Their service of coming out that late when my family needed them the most and quickly diagnosing the problem greatly exceeded my expectations.

Service tech left a wedding one very warm Friday evening to restore our air conditioning. A condenser had reached its life limit. Very courteous and made sure we had air running before he returned to the wedding celebrations.

I use Smylie for heating, cooling and plumbing. Most recently, I had a plumbing issue and they were there to take care of it in less than 6 hours. Jorge was the tech how came out and he was patient at explaining to me what he was doing and he was fair about pricing the fix. He could've over charged me and made me replace a valve, but he was able to work with what I had and get rid of some of the cost of extra parts.

Furnace died during night of the first snow. Called for service and Dillon came same day. Repaired furnace and explained what had happened for the furnace to stop working very professional, knowledgeable and courteous

We have used their services for many years. And they still seem to surpass our expectations every time. The house that we purchased had a terrible ductwork situation. They redesigned it for a very nominal cost, and everything is working perfectly!

My water heater started leaking on Saturday morning. It was a few drops so I decided to leave a VM on their answering service. I received a call back first thing Monday morning letting me know the technicians could come out in a few hours. I was thrilled as the leak had gotten worse.

I received a call from the technicians a few hours later when they were 20 minutes out. When they came to my house, they were professional, courteous and clean. They wore shoe protectors even though I insisted they didn’t need to.

As I expected, the water heater needed to be replaced. They gave me several options, providing the pros and cons for each. They didn’t try to upsell me, though I ended up going with the largest option.

When it came time to schedule the install, I was hoping they could do it that week. The technicians did me one better, and said they could do it that day.

They returned about an hour later with my big, beautiful 75-gallon water heater. After a few hours, they finished up and checked to ensure the hot water was running. They left the house without a trace and I couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend!

Smylie came in with my best quote for a minisplit out of four companies. They were CLEAN, EFFICIENT, and beyond nice when they did the install. Super easy to work with. Have already recommended them to a friend.

Be sure to get a second opinion. Smylie quoted over $1,500 in repairs for rotted and cracked flanges/pipes after coming out for a leaking toilet. A different company found no such issues, reset the toilet with a wax seal for a reasonable price, and fixed the problem. Smylie's diagnosis was inaccurate at best, raising concerns about either the accuracy of their technicians' diagnostics or the business practices in place.
