We recently had a storm that flooded our basement and were in the need for new carpet. We are so happy that we chose the Calvetta Brothers for the project! Austin took the time to show us multiple options that were within our budget. The crew that came out for the install did an absolutely fantastic job. They arrived early and stayed late making sure that everything was perfect. We are in love again... with our basement! If we ever need carpet or flooring again, in the future, there is no other place we’d go. Thanks again!!

We had the Calvetta Brothers do some minor renovation work in our kitchen in addition to having them replace our entire first floor with vinyl planking. We dealt with John and Austin and both were amazing to deal with. We had electricians, drywallers and floor installers in our home for almost two weeks. We liked that they all worked for Calvetta because it was evident that Calvetta expected quality workmanship and it showed in the final product. There were a couple of instances where corners could have been cut based on items that were discovered in the process of installation. Austin demanded that the installers take the more difficult route and insisted that no corners be cut in the process. We love our new floors - they are beautiful and well worth the money we spent!!! I would highly recommend Calvetta Brothers for any flooring or renovation work!!!

Since purchasing our home in 2019, we have worked with Calvetta Brothers on our kitchen floor and a carpeted area that included a tricky staircase. We had a few hiccups with both projects, but Calvetta went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final product. We are so impressed with the exceptional customer service! We have many more projects to do and look forward to working with them again.

Jason has the patience of a saint putting up with me since it took two years of trying to decide on a kitchen floor. My experiences with Calvetta Brothers is nothing but positive. They help you in every way and give you as much attention as you want or leave you to browse and mull over options. The installer I had for the kitchen, Mike was exceptional. His attention to detail and some of my picky requests were outstanding. He clearly has years of experience in older homes and knows the pitfalls. He was efficient, cleaned-up, gave great tips on floor care and just made it a terrific experience. I have had Calvetta do carpeting before and now vinyl flooring - I have no reason to look anywhere else for carpeting/ flooring. They really do know customer service from start to finish to include scheduling and warehouse staff. Top notch all the way and Mike, the installer, was an exceptional skilled tradesman that takes great pride in his workmanship.

Calvetta Bros. by far are the best to work with. We had all our flooring changed over to vinyl planks. The installation process was messy but done right and so happy that we went with Calvetta. You won't be disappointed. Installers are the greatest. Love my floors and my home again.

Calvetta Brothers was wonderful to work with! Taylor helped me pick out my flooring and she was patient and easy to work with! She gave such helpful input as to what type of flooring would be best for my lifestyle and how to pair colors together. They were very quick with measuring, ordering and installing all of the flooring. It was such a breeze! I look forward to working with Calvetta again in the future.

I just got floors done this weekend and cant say enough about the beautiful job they did. Jason and Jeff not only do a professional job but they are great guys. Their attention to the details was not only incredible it was comforting to know I chose the best company to do the job. The show room is filled with so many choices, but Austin and Brooke did a fantastic job helping me pick out the perfect floor for my home. We have been working with Ray for our flooring in the whole house and he has been wonderful. Not pushy but cares about making sure we get what we want and the best product for our budget. Our project is growing and we are learning the Calvetta does kitchens and baths and painting too! Karen is now helping us with that part. Their quality and service is comforting. We haven't even gotten to the buying part yet. We are still getting quotes but I can't imagine an outcome that doesn't include Calvetta. I feel like I can trust them and the job they will do for us. You only have to have one bad installation experience to know what I am talking about and why trust is so important. I am super excited to work with them.

We had a bathroom floor and new carpet installed. Both of the installation teams were effective and efficient and provided excellent results. We worked with Austin to help us through the selection process and he is great to work with! We’re very pleased we chose Calvetta Bros Floor Show!

Contracted with them to do a luxury vinyl job for our kitchen, kitchen pantry, two steps, sid, door landing, and half bath. Took a little over day to complete. We did have two issues after the work was completed. #1, Wrong toe kick color was installed. #2, Baseboard molding was not completed satisfactory. They were very willing to make it right. Scheduled a day where they came out and corrected both issues.

Note: the two national flooring companies we got quotes from wanted 100% payment in full before they start any work. Calvetta Brothers only want the traditional 50% to start work. Their price was very competitive to the nationals.

We purchased from Calvetta Brothers for two recent jobs and would highly recommend them for anyone that is considering flooring for their home. We purchased carpeting for our upstairs, luxury vinyl plank for our home office, and luxury vinyl plank for our kitchen. Pricing was reasonable, quality of materials is excellent, and Calvetta was very responsive to any questions or special requests that we had. In addition, Calvetta Brothers integrity was evident based on their quick follow up for the inevitable very minor repairs necessary for both jobs.

Got my new engineered wood floors plus a couple custom rugs from Calvetta Bros. I took a lot of time looking at my options and probably had ALL of the Calvettas helping me at some point in time, starting with Austin coming to my home to measure and discuss my lifestyle to help me determine the quality of flooring that I needed. While in their shop, they went out of their way to discuss less expensive options like vinyl flooring, just to make sure I was fully aware of the benefits of each flooring type. Installers were pleasant and professional and I never doubted that they knew what they were doing. Will absolutely use them again and refer my clients to them.

Our first experience with Calvetta Brothers and it was great. Ray in the showroom was professional, very helpful and understanding of our needs. Setting up the appt for installation, again the person I spoke with was professional. The guys who did the installation were prompt, professional, did a really nice job with the installation, They took pride in their work!! And did a nice job on cleaning up at the end. The whole experience was really good, everything went as planned! We'll definitely return with our next flooring project.

Calvetta Bros. has been our go to place for carpet installation for many many years. Last year we were thinking about a bathroom remodel and we sought out the design team at Calvetta's...and it was the best decision we ever made!! Our new bathroom is a dream come true!! From the design team, available choices of materials, and the contractors our experience was great. We continue to gets compliments on the beautiful design. Don't hesitate to call them for your next project.

I am very pleased with my new kitchen floor from Calvetta Bros. It looks terrific. The sales experience was a pleasure. Chad worked with me answering my myriad of questions. The fact that I was able to take home samples made everything easier.

The salesman said that he forwarded my emails about this situation to the installation department. I have yet to hear from them.

I highly suggest that you find out exactly who is going to be doing your installation and talk to other customers that have had that installation team. From other reviews, it appears that there are some excellent ones.

I was having a tile floor removed and replaced with Luxury Vinyl Plank. I was told the process would take two days, at worst two and a half days. The whole process took five working days.

I was told to expect the work to start between 8 and 10 in the morning. On the very first day, I received a call that the installer would not be able to come until 1:30. I said that was unacceptable. He came out at about 10:30.

He said he did not have time the night before to read the work order so he did not have with him the tools he needed to pull up the old tile flooring. He did not even have tape to put the plastic sheeting needed in order to keep the dust out of the rest of the house. He removed the baseboards and left saying that his knees are bad after all these years and he can't work more than five hours each day.

The next day he sent someone else and I finally saw progress. After the fourth day, I received a call asking me to pay the remainder of my bill since the installer reported that the job was finished. It certainly was not.

I wish I had been told to cover my cabinets. I had removed everything from the counters but that didn't really help. The plastic the installer put up was practically useless. It didn't seem to be put up correctly. The dust permeated everything in the kitchen, dining, and living rooms.

When the job was actually finished the installer commented on how well my cabinets closed since there was hardly any dust inside them. That comment was not at all appreciated since I still had to wash every single item in every cabinet.

My sister in law used Calvetta Bros several times in the past and highly recommended them. So two years ago I gave them a nightmare of a job to come ... move furniture out of bedroom, take out 35 year old carpet and padding and put new carpet in ... including three tiny closets. They did a great job. Fabulous actually.

This year we did an addition and my contractor wanted to use "his" carpet person and I said "NO" . I will go with Calvetta Bros. And I did ... and once again they did a terrific job. High quality carpet, fast service, nice people. Jason C. was my guy both times and he was great! All good. X++

Recently we had both carpeting and vinyl plank flooring installed in our house by Calvetta Brothers. We are very satisfied with the work of the workers and the final look of the product. Calvetta Brothers personnel were great to work with and ready to answer all my questions. The rooms look great and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again for any future flooring jobs.

I replaced all of the flooring in my condo. I selected LVP for all of the condo, except for having carpet installed in the two bedrooms. From the time I entered the showroom on Miles Rd. and met with Austin, scheduling the work, to making the final payment on the job, every person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. There were plenty of flooring options for me to choose from within my project budget. I absolutely love the selections I made. The installers for both the LVP and carpet (separate crews) were great to work with. They were efficient and very respectful of my home. The removal of the existing wood floor, which had been glued down, was very difficult but the crew did the job without complaint. While there was the expected construction dust to clean up, both crews did a great job removing the existing flooring and taking away the debris. I recommend Calvetta Brothers to anyone undertaking a flooring project. They are the best!!

We have used Calvetta Bros. twice now and both times received outstanding service and installation. We highly recommend them!

The floors are nice but the customer service was terrible. Several years ago, (before Covid), we had new flooring installed throughout the entire first floor of our home; tile in the laundry room and solid hardwood everywhere else. After less than a year, a couple of the hardwood boards were splintering. I called and was told they would take care of it and someone would be out to take a look. A few days before they were scheduled to arrive, they cancelled, saying they were very busy and would call when things slowed down. After 6 months, when I hadn’t heard back, I called and left a message. No response. I called a number of times thereafter, leaving messages but never hearing back from anyone. Then Covid hit, and I let it go. A couple of years ago, I saw 2 Calvetta Brothers representatives at the Home & Garden Show. I explained my situation, they took my name and contact information and assured me they would look into it. I’m still waiting…

Calvetta Bros. has delivered consistently for our property management company throughout 2019. We will continue to utilize their services for future projects because we enjoy working with their staff, and the prices are great. Special shout out to Ray in the MIles location. Thank you !
