Roofing & Gutters reviews in Bedford Heights, Ohio

Kevin makes it happen he is reliable and dependable I felt like he really cared about what I was going through

Mr. Stone was very knowledgeable and professional in helping me get my Roof repaired/replaced. It looks better than the one that I had. I would recommend this business for House repair or renovation.

Your Insurance Network did a very good job right for inspection to installation of my roof and got my Insurance paid for it. That came handy bcus I was planning to change the roof with an estimated cost of $10000 to $15000. But I end up paying only deductible. Its a win win for me.

Kevin is very professional, does very good work. I will not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends for any of their home remolding needs.

Kevin and his crew was prompt and on time with installation of my siding. It has made a huge difference to my home. I greatly appreciations Kevin and his crew.
JOB WELL DONE!

The Your Insurance Claims Network staff met with me before and after my roof was installed; therefore, I knew what to expect during this process. Also, the roofing contractors arrived timely and completed the roof in one day (Includes roof removal and new roof installation). I am totally satisfied and recommend Your Insurance Claims Network.

I had Kevin come over. He was honest, on time, cordial, professional and easy to work with. I couldn’t be happier I went with YICN.

I was very pleased with the customer service and the roof installation. The job required a complete tear off that included the removal of a slate roof. The crew completed a quality job within 3 days and removed all debris. I would highly recommend this company.

The work was done quickly and professionally, the workers left the area clean when they were completed

Kevin and his team went above and beyond to help me. There were remnants of two wasp nests within the lining of my roof. I needed to have those areas caulked so they wouldn’t return in the summer. Not only did the team caulk the holes, but they cleaned it out and replaced a shingle for me. I felt so relieved and greatly appreciated the work they had done.

Wonderful job! Great communication and follow through.

I was very satisfied with the work performed by Kevin Stone in his crew. I needed work on the outside and inside of my home. They were very punctual everyday. My whole roof had to be replaced along with new gutters siding and painting. I had water damage in my living room kitchen and in the main bedroom. The whole ceiling had to be replaced in the living room a partial replacement in the kitchen and inside the bedroom closet. The inside work was postponed. Unfortunately my mom and I came down with covid-19. Sadly she did not pull through. Kevin and his crew were so patient and kind. Even though the insurance company had a deadline Kevin made sure I was mentally ready for them to come inside to complete their work. He instructed his crew to be extra careful. The closet that had to be repaired was in my mom's room. I really appreciated his understanding and his attention to detail. He made sure that I was happy with the work that was done.It ment the world to me through the most difficult time in my life. Everything turned out beautifully my mom would have been so happy. I highly recommend Kevin Stone and his crew. He is the ultimate professional.

It has been a pleasure working with Mr. Stone and his crew. Very professional experience. On time, and work completed expeditiously!
